I think his loyalty mission should have to do something with the his former crew (the one he needed to kill). Theoretically speaking, if we found him in ME1, he probably would have searched for them in ME2 he could have found the place and asked us to go there. It could be simular to Jack's loyalty mission, like he starts to tell us about them, their history together, stuff like that. In the end we could find a memory chard or some such thing... or we need to talk him out of coming back after the suicide mission (if he could).

I denied every love conversation option, but opted for the lower dialogue options when speaking to glyph. This resulted in a scene where I wake up in my dress in my bed with Javik in the lower part . He sees my femshep Kimiko wake up, and remarks “For a primitive species, you exceeded my expectations “ and slides off the bed as I say “ GET OUT “ He then proceeds to fall asleep in my bathroom.

You know, the story that Javik shares regarding the Zha'til provides an interesting perspective against concepts in ME:A (both in game and novels). It was Alec Ryder's hope that SAM would prove so beneficial that the Initiative would come to see a "SAM for everyone" solution as beneficial, even desired. There's a darker potential to SAM, though. It wouldn't require a Reaper to make it happen, only someone with enough will to go down that path.

I think fans are too forgiving towards the geth after killing millions of people throughout the galaxy before choosing "peace". I also notice that I tend to agree more with Javik (about AI) after each playthrough. Edi is used as a poster child of AI having human integrity and sensibilies, yet no one asks her if she is likes being the only one of her kind or if she wants to reproduce. Javik's point about AI knowing their purpose can be dangerous if organic beings are suddenly faced with a million EDIs whose purpose is to seek perfection by all means necessary.

TLDR: Synthetics, organics; and hybrids are a must to ensure the future. It's diversity that ensures we all continue to exist.
If there's anything this game has proven without a doubt, it's that *most* synthetics should have no actual reason to kill organics. Why? Because no matter how small a statistic, no matter how *unlikely* it is to happen; doesn't change the fact that it *will* happen, someday; somewhere. And having as many different forms of life around as possible, simply helps ensure our bases are covered should the worst (like the Reapers for example) eventually come to pass.
The strengths of one form of life, will help cover the weakness of another. Ensuring we all continue to exist. And synthetics *do* have weaknesses, a lot of weaknesses. Weaknesses organics don't have, and vice versa. Same for hybrids. We *must* form a peaceful, symbiotic relationship; if we want to survive in this endless universe where there are, and always will be; so many unknowns.

I like how Javik defends his point. He isn't just saying "oh I hate AI because they blew up my empire." In Javik's view, any AI will either conclude organics are obsolete, or give rise to one that does. Because organics aren't designed with a purpose in mind, there is no reason for them to exist and, in Javik's mind, that's enough for any machine race to eventually try to exterminate all organic life. They don't need to be malicious. It's just a matter of getting percieved pointless organics out of the way.

Even worse if Legion survived Mass Effect 2 Javik doesn't really like Legion that much

Maybe in the new game more secret prothean bases wake up by their A.I s now that Reaper threat has been eradicated.

Javik hates everything :D And pretty much thinks everything should be enslaved or or something close to it or otherwise eradicated. Isn't he lucky he meet nicer people in the next cycle? Who didn't just decide to squash him like a bug or vivisect him for the sake of science. (Kind of feelt like I wanted to tell him he's "Lucky" he meet such friendly people.

I don't know, but feels like Javik is a philosophical creature for sure, even for just a solder...imagine what not solder can say, like scientist or engineer
I found Javik somewhere between Nihilism and Nietzsche and Terence McKenna
That might explained, that protheans were most powerfull creatures from all millions of cycle's of harvest

Javick was not just a soldier, Javick was a leader. He was selected to rebuild the empire of course he was above the "normal"

I love Javik because he hates the Geth as well and knows that machines should not be trusted. I make his wishes by destroying the flashlight heads on Rannoch then receive Tali's reward like he mentioned.

This mission leads to one of the funniest things when you bring someone else with a romanced tali when tali and shep tries to be subtle funniest one is james in my opinion

Im still pissed javik was made dlc and not default,I'm still pissed we did get a mission to go back to ilos to save some protean scientist in cryo, with javik knowing the coordinates to a secret location. They missed lots of story telling and mission gameplay with javik.

I would had loved that, especially if the Prothean scientists were all the opposite to Javick like peace loving hippies instead of a harden grunt. Imagine the arguing....

Penumbra Apex? the Prothean flagship? but its latin....Roman Empire. It would had been quite funny if another Prothean survived 2000y ago awaking from his hybernation in Iron age Italy and founding Rome. His name could had been Rhomolus or something like that....

They can supernova a star and didn't manage to destroy the Reapers? Come on, that makes no sense even if they had to sacrifice several stars they should have been able to win this if they had such weapons!

Here’s the thing I don’t get about the story. It would have been far more natural for Protheans to uplift the ‘primitives’ into their civilization. So shouldn’t Javik’s cycle have been much bigger? And then wouldn’t that make ours much smaller? On top of that, there are billions of stars in the Milky Way and very few support life. If life forms cross each other it must be by Reaper design. So why would the Reapers…bah! Now my head hurts.

A quick question, first of all does anyone have any news on multiplayer and does anyone still play ME3 multi-player on PS3? Thinking of buying a PS3 just for that... also I'll probably be putting this comment on multiple posts so if you see it, it's not spam just trying to ask as many people as possible
