Ganon is really passionate about what he believes he shoved half his forearm down his throat with that stone
Ganondorf's the throat goat
Ganondorf did it for power. And it destroyed him. Zelda did it for love. And she came back.
Amen, brother
My theory is that Zelda and Ganondorf retain their nature if not their consciousness. So as much as Ganondorf wants to kill Link, Zelda wants to help him save Hyrule. They might not remember why, but they know that much.
"Courage/ Wisdom/ Power need not be remembered. For it is never forgotten"
The Light Dragon is the only dragon without a hazard. Also she stops moving her head if Link is on her back. She absolutely knows he's there and is chill with him, even though she probably doesn't know why.
@@66Rosesmeanwhile
Link starts slashing her scales and shooting her teeth and claws every 10 min-
I like that you always put PointCrow first because he actually explains what's going on
Friendly reminder that purah’s camp is basically right under where this is so imagine watching this from the ground and purahs probably viewing this through her telescope
But remember in BOTW they say usually only kids can see the dragons. So average Hylians are probably just like "Ffs, what now" lol they've been through a lot.
@@ketchup016 Poor Joshua then since she is most likely the only one in camp seeing this and maybe giving updates to Purah
@@ketchup016actually its not just kids! Its just specific ppl, kids just often fall in the category of being more perceptive or spiritually inclined in many cultures.
If i remember correctly in the botw dlc u actually have to shoot an arrow at dinrall’s horns and theres an adult rito whos there watching to make sure the dragon does not come too close to the village and sent as a scout. Implying that at least it might just have to do with spirituality? Makes sense seeing as the rito share the skies with the dragons so🤷
@@ketchup016idk they never fully explain WHY some ppl can and cant see the dragons, wouldve been cool in a totk dlc rip
@@birb.9684It's a glamour that children are naturally more adept at seeing through. Dinraal was only seen because it wanted to be seen there. After you finish that trial, the scout is still there looking for Dinraal, but can't see it anymore.
Point Crow does have a point. When I first saw the cutscene making the draconified demon king, it looked like the calamity that surrounded Hyrule Castle.
Also, while not shown, if you arrive here without the master sword, Zelda gives it to you right here, and the demon dragon is immune to all attacks except for the power of the sword.
It was insane to me how HUGE dragon Ganon was when I did this fight myself
One of the greatest final battles in Zelda history.
See this is why it's a good thing I'm not a streamer, because I'm a giant weenie and started sobbing at Zelda's appearance and didn't stop until the end. I may or may not be crying while watching this.
She came back! She hadn't known who she even WAS for thousands of years, but there was enough of her left to know that she had to help and protect Link at all costs! She came BACK!
(We don't even talk about how much I sobbed through the Final Catch!)
When Light Dragon comes to aid Link in the final battle, I’d asked myself a question during the 3rd phase: “Did she come back and maybe Draconification hasn’t removed everything that is Zelda?” I would strongly believed it is her love for her knight that drove her dragon instinct/consciousness in saving Link from falling and aiding him against the Demon Dragoon. And we all seen that when her powers is activated when the one she loves is threaten in Breath of the Wild’s final memory.
I like to think of it is like turning into an animal, she may have lost the things that make her human, but she'll still have instinct, think about how a dog is loyal to it's owner.
Before Zelda draconified, she said “protect them all”. I believe Zelda dragon was still a mindless creature, but the dragon was acting on instinct based on her final wish rather than Zelda herself taking control again
The battle takes place above Lookout Landing, but below the central Star Island. You also can't reach the Star Island during the battle.
The battle of two dancing dragons is so damn cool! 🐉
With one singular tiny human who's just there for morale support for the dance
Vinesauce talking about what the people of Hyrule think looking at the dragons made me realize-
They wouldnt see this fight actually. Lore we learned in Botw was that Dragons are invisible to everyone, except Children and Pure of Heart (like Link). So from the perspective of everyone in Hyrule, Links just flying around in the air and then suddenly a giant explosion happens. The children would certainly need therapy when they get older though lmao.
Considering the origin of this dragon, most people would probably see him, due to actually being hostile. Ganondorf hides from no one.
@@JacksonVoet Ooooh that's an interesting point! I like that thought. The people of Hyrule seeing the Demon Dragon come from underneath the Castle and thinking the Calamity is back and then it fucking going nuclear after Link kicks its ass lol
A perfect set piece of a finale
This Fight was so much Fun!
...why is this Roamer dude so hellbent on "The Skyward Sword is the thing that beats him"? The Skyward Sword WILL BREAK against Ganon. The Master Sword WILL NOT. It's the one time in the game where you can swing the Master Sword willy nilly without a care!
Anyone else expected Ganondorf to turn into an oversized hog or towering bipedal like in oot or was it just me
Now all you got left(?) is the final dive.
Ah yes, The Legend of Zelda: Dance of Dragons 😂
Can you make a video gamers reacting to dr reflex from baldis basics plus
Good thing I never watched the GameGrumps, they sound like they're not taking the final battle very seriously.
i mean nobody watches the game grumps for a serious reaction to a play through to do so will only end in disappointment
In my experience watching them, the GameGrumps mostly just chill and talk about other stuff or make comedic remarks about things rather than take the plot seriously. That's not a bad thing, it's just a different way to enjoy a game
The GameGrumps' reaction to the gloom hands was so funny it had me in tears. They're great if you want a laugh.
spoilers in thumbnail not cool
It's been like 9 months since the game came out, I think we're well past the acceptable point to stop putting spoiler warnings on everything
Not even a year for an 80 hour game, not everyone has that much time
@@frankjohnson123 Imagine expecting a spoiler-free thumbnail from a video literally called "Gamers React to DEMON DRAGON".
You're almost on the level of the people who bitched about "spoilers" when one of Vinny's TotK videos showed Zelda with the Master Sword in the thumbnail.
Choosing streamers without camera?
