Love Daytona but it’s easy to get sucked into coming into the infield hot. Many of the top riders who don’t ride it a lot make that mistake and seen many a top contender fly off into the infield. Haha Also, I see they still have some menacing seams, especially before you come back out onto the main track. Good memories though! I raced a 86 Gixxer back then (89-93) and in the years since, have picked up one of those 86 VFR750’s, which I gained some mad respect for blazing some Missouri back roads. I can see why Wayne was such an animal. 😂 Anyway, thanks for sharing and if we move back to FL next year, I’ll be there with ya! Cheers mate!
