Nothing too hard for the Gamer, well played. Main takeaways I've found while watching the stream:
-Rushing partisans, then Veteran Militias, then the Hero classes seem to be the play
-Cache nodes are good here, but you can't go wrong with normal fights for masteries
-Inn upgrades are prio(especially the Veterans) so you don't lose the game on sieges
-Top stagecoach items are Assay Gear(duh), Whiskey for early, and the bonus armor and wheels so you don't have to pay for them
-Abom is fun to play but sadly restricted on Bloodmoon difficulty due to the 5 limited skills at start
-Alch got nerfed via 1 cooldown added to plague grenade but its whatever, just swap to surgeon lol.
-Wanderer maa SSS tier, does a ton of shit for a single party slot: Guard, Taunt, Stress heal, stun via rampart, etc
-Optimal Veteran Militia strat is to guard the Arbalists then keep the block tokens on the 2 frontliners, while the Arbalests heal/do damage. Removing 1 enemy of the board is the way
-Nightshade inn item and Invigorating Intoxicant combat item are goated now
-Removing fatigue in hospitals is good when you are in the midgame and when you have fatigue to remove, prio Partisans and Veteran Militia first
-Veteran Militias are insane: 50% heal and dot removal, block+, protect, and can daze/stun with riposte to remove more enemy tokens? I expect a hotfix very soon

I've tried running Abomination for two of my first runs, failed miserably mid game. I stopped trying to run Abo, and i seem to be doing far greater now, granted i got really lucky on stagecoach items and trinkets, but still you are right, Abo just doesn't seem to be that good in kindgoms, even if you invest shit load of resources into him, then you still have to make a team around him, which is not ideal for this mode.

Do you have to swap out your heroes first to upgrade your others heroes their mastery skills?

yeah you have to swap them in at an inn with upgrade available
