This piece of art right here, is something to be promoted instead the bloody racism between the Romanians and Hungarians. Our both nations went through a lot of bad history, such as communism, we are 2 countries left behind evolution wise. Our problem shouldn't be ourselves but the idiotic politicians that are making us go through some hard times. I am both Romanian and Hungarian, and I hate when I hear the two sides fighting against each other. Respect Bartok for his effort and this lovely piece of art!!!

Vidím krajinu Tanssylvánských Alp, zapadlé horské vísky, s kouzelnou lidovou architekturou, kde se čas skutečně zastavil. Nevnímám rozdíly - Maďaři/Rumuni - je to všechno jeden oblouk Bartókovy hudby, ze stejného podhoubí národních písní, které mají krásné oba národy. Dokázal do toho skloubit jak zadumanost odlehlých údolí a horských masivů, tak taneční styl lidí, kteří se po těžké práci uměli veselit a nacházet krásné všední malé radosti. Poslední část to je rej - kdo už ho dnes opravdu zažil? Děkuji za nahrávku, miluji Bartóka. Ve všech podobách. Zdravím z Česka - oblasti kolem Rakovníka.

I will try and tell him, when I meet him... His name is Péter Éri. His band, Muzsikás runs music and dance sessions for kids and families in Budapest - on every Tuesday for more than 50 years.

I actually shed tears the first time I heard the fourth movement. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be somber, but it's very beautiful. Loved the ensemble in the fifth and sixth movements, and an amazing rendition overall.

    Gracias!!!!
    Mil gracias!!!
Soy Ana Carol.. Les Abrazo desde Bs As Argentina.
