I haven’t visited Hong Kong since Jan.20.2020 flight CX 865. Wish I can visit HK again. All three times I went I had an amazing time in HK. As for Vancouver it rains a lot here haha. So best is SUMMER TIME. If you like to ski or snow board then of course winter season at Whistler or local mountains is the best. I believe I was the shuttle driver for you and your CX crew. Glad that you enjoyed your time in HK☺I like going to Vancouver as I have relatives and friends there. Last summer, we went berry picking and it was fun! Cathay Pacific City is not open to public but they organise tours for visitors from time to time

Cherry blossoms is the first 1.5 weeks into April. That’s beautiful as well but I love summer time in Vancouver. Real tourism starts in June for Vancouver. Our hot summer days around 25-28 degrees are usually late July till August. That’s consider hot for us. Can’t compare to Asia of course. We have very short summers.
We needed to quarantine in the hotel during the Covid time and we couldn't go out for food. But I have been to Vancouver recently and tried out a few restaurants😊
The quarantine restriction will be lifted eventually and our life will gradually become normal. We would freely travel around once again. Hang in there.

Yes, and the amount depends on the destinations and the hours of the layover. Hope you will enjoy flying!
