Ah a fellow Arctibax enthusiast! Yeah it's hard to team build around it since it has so many weaknesses, but it's still such a cool pokemon.
100% i have been trying since it's launch
This season I’ve been using Arctibax with Toxapex and really like it, really fun team. I use various pkmn for the 3rd/switch pkmn ( Feraligatr, dunsparce, umbreon for example ). Team can have bad leads but really good leads sometimes especially with all the grass pkmn that were featured recently
Thanks Dan I’m Kyle btw, reason why I came back was a buddy of mine from high school who played with me when the game released was like hey I started playing Pokémon go about 6 months ago you have any old Pokémon you can trade me for lucky trades and I downloaded the app opened it did not recognize any of the Pokémon started catching stuff there and have played every day since then
I'm similar. Played in 16 along with everyone else, got bored quickly, dropped. Then my sister's kids got onto all things pokemon and so I started playing with them in 24

If the person who submitted this watches this video and sees this comment, what league and team did you manage to hit expert in/with? And what caused the couple hundred drop in elo after hitting expert?
What’s up dude it was all great league during the 100 battle days I was in the 2300/2400s dropped down to about 2200 then went on an insane run of basically all 4-1s and 5-0s over a day and a half and ran up to 2800 then reality hit stopped getting the good leads saw a lot of ape leads and fell back to 2500-2600 where I am now honestly the run felt like every lead was a jumpluff or marowak

What do you do against a fighting type? I’m struggling to build something that’s not ABA or AAA weak to something, because there’s nothing I can do when the opponent is dominant into 2/3s of the team. Having just one viable counter to what you’re ABA weak to just doesn’t seem to work. I swap in toxapex into a Primeape lead (god forbid they’re running annihilape), and they can just come in with their mud boy that you know they have exactly for this situation. You cannot swap in a diggersby into a Primeape or annihilape. You really can’t even swap in toxapex into an annihilape. There’s very little that this team can do vs a fighting type and this video suspiciously lacks fighting matchups save for that one annihilape that actually did just mop the floor with you. Big weaknesses in corsola as you’ve lost to a number of them in the vid. Your team is also really really weak to dunsparce, and I’ve seen literally 6 dunsparce on the lead in 10 battles today alone using a completely different team than what you showed off here
