I can't seem to understand why you don't have a million subscribers. You explain things in such a great manner. In the video you mostly talked about some sort of external event happening, that would lead to a form of resistance. What if one is trying to shift his or her identity, the resistance is within, no? Even if one follows your Step 1- Acceptance; how does one move towards Step-2 which almost feels like a never ending jump from one reality to another. It's like you touch the edge or get a glimpse of the reality you're trying to achieve but then again, a chain of events or thoughts lead you back towards the old reality and the cycle somehow doesn't seem to end. The fun thing is that you can confirm the accept & redirect method in your own life. For example my first business was reselling sneakers. It didn't go as planned. Once, an order got stuck and I had to pay the customer tons of money. Because of that I stopped with reselling. But if that order didn't got stuck, I may did not start my clothing brand. it is sometimes important to recognize and be mindful that the emotional trigger of fear, such as a letter from the tax office, is neutral at first. the fascinating thing is that we believe our mental projection of fear is real, because only the primary feeling of fear behind it is real.
