He's struggling with Waldorf...hahaha. I lived in Bennsville. It was easily one of the best places I lived. But, yea, the traffic is terrible. Waldorf needs a little more upscale places. Glad they do have CAVA and Crumbl is coming. Waldorf also needs a better park system. But the great thing about Bennsville is that you can get to Indian Head Rail Trail within minutes. I personally would ONLY move back to the Bennsville area...no other area of Waldorf impresses me.
What about the White Plains area? St. Charles neighborhood?
@@LivinginSouthernMaryland Regrettably, I'm not sold on White Plains or St. Charles. Bensville road is the place to be if you're going to be anywhere near Waldorf. Quiet, good mix of folks, and closer to D.C. Personally, I would simply go to La Plata rather than purchase in White Plains. La Plata is only a few miles South but has lots more to offer.
Bennsville has high destruction of property crimes and thefts so stop fucking lying!

Agreed! The Metro commuter bus is a great option for a lot of people working outside of Waldorf and VanGo is great for people working within Waldorf
I’d pay extra to avoid Waldorf at all cost. Congested and not the safest area.
What area in Southern Maryland would be your first choice?
I’d handpick Northern Calvert for SOMD. Charles County is expanding so fast traffic is already crazy and 5000+ plus homes coming soon!
I’m partial to the Potomac shoreline of the St. Mary’s. Beautiful water and more space
Y'all need a bridge 5-10 miles south of the WW, not a solution but it would help. ?....what percentage of ppl work in DC....
