This video is generic and old news.. supply has not dramatically increased and bidding wars are happening in California, Arizona, Texas and Florida, all the places you have heard about big storm clouds in the market..go anywhere and restaurants are full , bars and grocery stores lots of people. Go to a concert or sporting event.. again full .. look around,see the traffic? Those people are driving out of town, they are going to get their kids or get a haircut!! Everything is buzzing around and if you think there is some places that has the 2 things, the only 2 things that are important,jobs and housing you are crazy. If anyplace in the United States has good, cheap, available housing they don't have any jobs!! Realtors are a bunch of loan paper pushers, no difference in most markets, all that matters is getting a loan..

Yesterday, I was looking for a Maryland crab cake recipe. There was one that said Authentic Baltimore Crab Cake and I checked it out and it didn't call for Old Bay, so I was out of there. As a Virginian, I know that Old Bay is what makes the Maryland Crab Cake authentic.
