There is a very interesting story of naming this Dosa as Gwalior Dosa. I will share link of it with you. Further, the trend of giving sweet curd with Dosa is also settled by Balan only. I am a huge fan of all the dosas of Balan. Further, for your information, they put around 40gm Amul Butter in one Gwalior Dosa.
