The quote has some variations like "On Heaven and Earth, I Alone Am The Honored One", or just "I Alone Am The Honored One".

That move was so cold when Toji tossed the dagger in the air and turned Geto to sashimi before catching it again, almost as if he froze time. Toji was an absolute menace and became one of the most impactful characters even after death.
The real climax of this Arc was not Toji vs Gojo but Geto's Fallout and Mental Breakdown. Episode 5 was the most crucial One

I think geto curses these people to death as it was told in jujutsu kaisen 0 that geto was expelled for cursing over 100 people to death, also in 0 towards the ending geto says that he never had any grudge against people at jujutsu high, he just couldn't smile in such a world. All these things suggest that this is the exact turning point where geto turns. But it's just a theory at the moment, let's see what happens.
