    Who are these judges accountable to? If they were accountable, Kenyans would not be complaining about them. Why have cases taken over 10 yrs to adjudicate? Why do the rich get off and the poor get thrown in jail?

    JUDGES ARE EXPECTED TO BE ABOVE REPROACH. THERE IS NO LAW ALLOWING THEM TO MAKE MISTAKES BECAUSE INCOMPENTENCE IS A GROUND FOR DISMISSING A JUDGE UNDER ARTICLE 168 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA 2010. I DISAGREE WITH YOU JACQUELINE.

      Amka acha kulala😂😂😂the law is subjective,some statutes are ambiguous and others are just poorly drafted,it is impossible for every judge to come to the same conclusion on interpratory issues,that's why there are usually dissents even at the supreme court where the judges are unable to agree with each other
