Thank you so much! I bought everything from a guy I know who runs a business doing car stereo builds and sales. The headunit is a Pioneer SPH-120DA. I also have upgraded the front speakers and tweeters to a Ground Zero kit, as well as a 15" Ground Zero HZ subwoofer in a custom box in the back :)

Thank you! The "still" shots are filmed with a Canon 600D using Canon 50mm f/1.8 Mk1 and the rolling shots are filmed with a GoPro Hero 3+ Black :)

No problem. Which LEDs are you referring to? If you're talking about the angel eyes, they are Mtec V3 bulbs.

still fast even with the 18" wheels? does it have the power to pull those?
When you have 18" wheels and the correct tire profile, the rolling circumference is the same as stock wheels so it won't make a difference. The difference would lie in the width of the tire and what kind of tire. I haven't noticed any differences exept a tiny bit higher fuel consumption and a little bit more of a stiff ride. But all in all, you won't feel much of a difference, no :)
you should get a camera stand, everything would look stable and sleek. Great vid anyway

Thanks a lot, man! Come over to Norway, everyone has them here, haha :) People are starting to not want them because they want their car to stand out in the crowd. I like them a lot, classic and pretty, but I'm actually getting some "new" rims soon to replace these as well. But then again it's easy to find new ones here if I change my mind.

8,5x18" ET13 in the front and 10x18" ET19 in the back. I also use 20mm spacers in the front and 15mm spacers in the back.

Also what are your camber settings front and back?
Yes, I had the fenders rolled. Didn't touch the camber settings from original. But at least the rear camber tend to lean more negative once you lower the car, even after the allignment. Possibly the front a bit too.

@@gabzh do you perhaps have the camber degree info for me for both the front and back? Yesterday I got myself the same wheels only with fatter tyres on. Have to yet try them out and see how much they stick out. I have standard M-Package ride height and stock shocks etc.
I take it you have coilovers all around with stiff springs so it wouldn't bottom out that easy?

Not really. I have a temporary E46 330D daily and a MX5 NA6 summer car. Probably selling the 330 soon and buying a nice BMW again when the winter comes and the MX5 goes into storage.
How did you stick a cup holder?
With the included double sided tape.

how much mm is from the Middle Point on the wheell (BMW Emlem) to the Fender Edge? thats how the German Tüv is Measuring;)
The TÜV-papers on these coilovers said 32cm is the lowest approved height. I think mine was 30-31 when filming this video :)
Yeah sam on my DTS, front and back says 320mm my front is 320mm an my back is 315mm any my TÜV (stupid Idiots) ripped my plastic under the engine off and its not legal with 5mm under the limit😝
Yeah, stupidly strict here in Norway too. Have tried to get my spacers approved with TÜV-papers lately. Have been there three times now paying 65 EUR each time failing every time. First because I had 225/45 tires instead of 235/45 and the second time because my rims had an ET of 20 instead of 15.. Third time to show it without the spacers because I gave up, haha. Had to adjust the car higher and do a allignment too.

Haha yeah! At least I got my 0058 and coils approved :) Just have to make sure not to get pulled over with the lower height and spacers this summer. If they see you drive with them again several times after getting stopped with them, the police will press charges here..
My double-sided tape did not stick. That's why I'm looking for something to replace it.
I see. First, make sure the mounting surface is clean and free of any contaminates. If that doesn't help I would try a double sided tape designed for outdoor use with signs etc. I used that for my license plate and it held it really well.

No, you're good :) I used 20mm spacers and 225 tires on mine in the front without any issues. I have rolled my fenders a bit so I have more space, but if you're using them without spacers you have nothing to worry about!

Oh, I see. We have the department of motor vehicles here that has to approve your coilovers, wheels etc. But Rondell D58 are already TÜV-approved so I just used those papers to approve them for mine :) You can find the papers online.

There are original BMW E39 facelift headlights made by Hella. I also have Mtec V3 LED-bulbs in the angel-eyes :)

These aren't original BMW wheels. They are Rondell D58's :)

Yeah, I want to swap it with a 530D. But I'm concidering putting it out for sale first to see how much interest there is so that I can buy a 530D instead, or an E60.
Gabz Media mhm ok, i have a 520i FL and i want a 525i or 530i Engine. Its hard to find a 525i or 530i in good condition for less than 6000€ but my 520i has all what i want, M-Sport, black Interior and Exterior and only 1 owner. If i buy a new Engine i must only care about this.
Yeah, hard to find good ones these days. And the reasonably priced ones have waaay too many miles on the clock..
