Shandong China Coal and Machinery Company Mini Excavator Unboxing, First Impressions, and Initial Review. Picked up in Kent Washington at Terminal Transfer and then trailered home to Montana and then put to work.
    China Coal Alibaba Link: chinacoalmachine.en.alibaba.com/
    Customs broker I used: kenny@klinkusa.com
Gas Powered Min Garden Digger import, imported from China. Chinese Excavator review, demo in Montana. Imported to Seattle, West Coast, Tacoma, Portland, ocean freight.
    To calculate Price:
Alibaba Machine Price with freight (only from Manufacture to ship)
    Custom Fee Add 25%
ocean Freight $700- $1000 Depending on Port
Bond, Filing Fees, Transfer Holding Fee & Misc add $500
and that should be a pretty close estimate of final cost.

It's got way too much hydraulic oil in it, you have to stretch out their arm so all the rams are closed, but all the rams are open and the oil gauge shows there's already waiting much oil in it

I have an HT10 China mini Excavator. I used it to dig up a water hydrant, and it worked well. There was no way i could hand dig it, as i was dealing with clay. Only trouble I had was the mud sticking to the bucket. I have the regular grease fittings, and I added a hydraulic cylinder to the thumb. I have the post hold digger and quick attachment, and it digs holes better than they 3pt tractor post hole digger! 1.5 gallons lasted me about 4 hours of run time. Very cheap to operate!

Interesting subject; somebody(s) have been importing new Chinese mini-excavators by the hundreds and they have been showing up in auction yards by the dozens. Almost all are the 1-ton size with 12~13 HP Briggs and Stratton gas engines, some have swing booms and some have thumbs. I bid on a unit in Sacramento, CA last year for $4750 and by the time I paid all the fees and my fuel to pick it up I was into it for a shade under $6K. Came with a tool kit but no manual. So far it's worked fine, controls aren't quite as nice as a name-brand unit but it gets the job done. Only problem was a loose hose under the deck that sprayed some hyd. oil around but an easy fix and prompted me to go over everything with a wrench. Nothing else was loose though. Yes they run warm, this machine came with an electric fan for the hyd. oil cooler.

I actually really like this little beastie. As long as you use it within it's designed spec, it should be useful for quite some time. My concern about importing one is driven around the availability of spare parts a few years out from now (think the way that cubans keep American cars going from the 1950's). As long as you don't mind fabricating replacement pieces if needed, it seems like a good buy.

I would want to get a chunk of plate steel to use as a shield for those motors, and weld some brackets onto it to bolt into the same bolts that hold the motors on either side of the track system. It could just bolt right on and span the entire rear of the track, covering those motors. Would be worth it and potentially save you from screwing one or both of those motors up on a boulder.

14:02 if you can, waterjet a 2 piece cover. The clear surface on the big gear could serve as a sealing surface if you use rubber on the edge of the cover. The guard for the gears looks thick enough for the cover plate to be screwed on with threaded holes.

Do your research on shipping before finalizing the paperwork. Going through a broker cost me another $1000.00 with fees. The manufacturer will usually have a freight fowarder that will handle direct shipping.

The reason that you had hydraulic oil on top of the tank it leak through the cap which it is vented so pressure doesn't build up in the tank, with the bouncing around on the ship and at the warehouse and on your trailer. It looks like the tank was over filled if you can't see the oil line on the sight glass then it is over filled. Good luck with your new toy.

I was hoping to see where the battery was placed and how well it was held down, and accessable for maintenance.
Since I know it will be months between uses, I'm planing on installing a Tee in the gas line to the carburetor, with a valve to drain the tank back into a storage can, then run the carb dry. Just trying to stop the crud tar that develops in the carb when the gas evaporates. So far this has worked on the snow blowers and chain saws. Don't need to do it on the mowers, as the gas does not evaporate in the winter. Probably more depends on how cool the storage is during the summer months.

I was a forklift operator at a warehouse and we told people that we could only load deck over trailers without fenders. But people are stupid and they all have cheap lawnmower trailers with fold down wire mesh tailgates, and they all made dumb excuses. And then they got mad when it wasn't loaded exactly like they pictured in their minds. But I often asked them to put the car in neutral and just hold the brakes while I pushed it on from the back. But with a 4 ft tailgate that would bend if I hit it, it was always a pain.

yes, but it might be a while.
Really it was about finding the right people to get it done.
The sales rep I used was
      Sophia Zhou info@wxfaith.com
You can contact her to purchase. You can use my machine for reference.
Have her send you an official Alibaba order, so you have Alibaba assurance and pay via PayPal or credit card
The have Sophia send the sales info to Kenny (customs broker)
kenny@klinkusa.com walked me through all the customs, freight and storage
      kenny@klinkusa.com
Kenny actually paid all the frieght, customs, filing fees, transfer fee… and I just had to wire him funds (that was the biggest moment of 🤞🏻faith)
It took about 70 days from order to received

Does anyone need a small electric loader? 1150 weight, 600kg lifting weight. Matching equipment can complete shovel, clamp, bracket, fork, dig and other work tasks, the important thing is that it is cheap and easy to use.
