I found this one a few nights ago, I love the way slowly start with the relaxation, chakra and then the yoga.. Going to try the every night for a while and hopefully feel balanced.
My new favourite meditation. I love this because you instruct to breathe from each chakra , the other ones just say breathe so I never really new where I was breathing from which makes me a bit all over the place. With this i know egzactly where i am. And I love yoga niadra. So I get a propa chakra meditation and finish off with a beautiful body scan, sometimes falling asleep halfway through! Absolutely lush!
