I have linked grid connect to alexa but the problem is alexa cannot add or link the product itself.. for me it is the siren.. useless.. it says cannot detect

When I brought told by Bunnings I could view and control via Alexa.. Guess they saw me coming.
For grid smart sensors, grid claimed it's controllable via Alexa or Google, but via both can't turn on or off any sensors!? Pretty useless

What do
I say to Alexa to set a ceiling fan to low or medium? I can only set it to high and off with my voice and telling it to set it to “low” or “1” doesn’t work. What is the command?
Installing Grid Connect skill within Alexa is simple enough, however Alexa does not detect any of the devices connected to Grid Connect. Any ideas?
I can contol power points easy enough, but I'm having same issues with the motion sensor. Alexa cant seem to connect to it or any thing via smart hub
Hi i had the same issue, this is what i did to make it work, i went back into the grid connect app after adding the skill to alexa app, then i unpaired n re-paired the smart plug, make sure you hold down pairing button til light flashes, after that alexa spoke and said it had discovered smart plug etc. Hope this helps :)
Could someone please contact me. I am going grey by the second. I have been batting for days to connect the cameras in grid. I eventually got one in grid and 1 in tuta app. Grid and tuya are linked to alexa. Everything else that are linked in both these apps are working through alexa. I just can't get the cameras to connect through alexa. Please help
My lights connect fine but Alexa cant see my cameras even tho they are connected to grid connect. How do I get my cameras seen by alexa please?

I've connected Alexa to the account but anytime I say "Alexa, turn on kitchen", it just says Alexa doesn't support that. Why can't Grid Connect just give us instructions on what to do? What a shit product.
