- Great Blue Herons are common across most of North America, where they're a frequent sight standing at a pond edge or at the bend of a river. They hunt by stalking fish, frogs, and mammals and then capturing them with a swift jab of their dagger-like bill.

This animal’s hunting style is probably what most closely resembles that of Spinosaurus.
We saw one today at a small creek. Amazing!
