I have Foot of the mountain as the ringtone on my mobile, to remind me of a-ha and my Norwegian ancestry as it also describes my dream to sometime in the future live by the foot of the mountain in Norway. I can tell you I can almost never listen to it without getting tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat.

Pamiętam radość z powrotu A-HA. Ale jednocześnie bałam się,że to już nie będzie ten sam genialny zespół... Moje obawy były bezzasadne.. A-HA się nie zmieniło. Morten has the best voice for any song he puts out there. He is remarkably handsome an such a good hearted person. I watch all his interviews over an over an you see this sparkle in his eyes of sweetness an caring for people. I think his parents did a wonderful job of raising a family of decent humanitarians which is what Morten is.

Between the time I was introduced to a-ha and now, I have grown up a lot. It doesn't fully feel like it, but it does. Still got ways to go in some areas. And a-ha has seen me through parts of it. And I feel like Foot of the Mountain kinda sums up part of my journey of the last few years

Simply wonderful song. Especially when it's played in a live concert as I have seen it myself lately in Recife city. It's an enormous pity that sucha a great group like A-ha has to come to an end. Well that's part of life I guess!

I LOVED them, and lived in Naples, Florida at the time...I was only in 7th grade. My parents were amazing enough to take my friends and I to see them!!!! It was only the second concert I had ever seen, and one of A-HA's first US shows!! Then a couple of years ago, I was so blessed to see them in New York City for their farewell tour!!!!! I still think they are one of the most BRILLIANT bands to this day!!!!!!!!
