I have been replaying this game a lot lately. Did you know that you could still do no lethal takedowns even after receiving the hidden blade? You have to put unarmed in one of your melee weapon slots and the equip that slot and you will no longer get the assassinate prompt, instead you'll get the takedown prompt that you had before getting the hidden blade. I thought that was a pretty cool mechanic that is never mentioned.
