He didn't care about his colleagues attacking the industry's former customer base, said nothing over the last 5-8 years when his position could have prevented some of the industry's demise. Now, several million people stopped going to the cinema (prices have something to do with that but it's mostly content) and stopped streaming or buying physical media and merch. He and those who were hugely successful in the entertainment industry should have thought of that.

Who's even watching new movies anymore, I stopped caring about them nearly two decades ago now. Close down Hollywood and turn the studios into museums, so to come visit a time when good movies were still being made but it's all over today, there's enough great stuff to look back on to last lifetimes for all generations now and in the future. Hollywood killed itself, hurrah, destroy everything from approx. the last 20 years and concentrate on the genius films before that... lol

Probably the most egregious miscasting box ticking, was the hit play in London in 2021, The best of Enemies. A stage adaption of the film about the 1968 tv debate between Gore Vidal & William F Buckley. The director,James Graham, cast a black actor, David Harewood, to play Buckley.

Several TV series (that I don't watch) have just as many GAY characters as straight characters, strongly pushing the gay agenda. And why does every TV series and TV commercial have to feature an interracial marriage? I've gone back to watching all the vintage TV series when TV was still fun.

What happened to creativity? Remakes are getting to be too overdone. It's a burnt out way of making movies; there are far too many of them. Originality and creativity sells good art. DEI and gender swapping based on agenda does not.
