For those saying Conor is looking huge and that RDA is gonna get bullied, they both have the same nutritionist (forgot his name now). But he said in an interview that RDA walks around about 10lbs heavier than Conor.
The fact of the matter is that Conor will not gain more muscle for 155 IF he intends to defend that 145 belt, because the drop to 145 would be even worse than it already is. RDA on the other hand is in optimal condition for 155 and WILL be leaner.
If he can maintain muscle mass, he can easily bounce between 145 and 155, but he will not be in his optimal shape for 155.
People need to realise that RDA is FAR more of a threat than Aldo ever was, under these conditions.

that's a true Irishman right there who is proud of where he came from' cant say that for many these days.
This interview is 9 mins and 43 secs and Connor was breathing heavy from beginning to end. This can give an indication of what might happen if the fight goes on into the later rounds. Generally speaking, the breathing rate and heart rate should get fairly close to resting within a few mins of training for athletes like this but Connor was huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf.
Definitely that SUDDEN weight gain is not helping. If you know what I mean....

Ya buddy, I knew that was a major concern because even after full fights most fighters stop breathing heavy almost immediately but that wasn't the case for Conor. The man had not and still has not acclimated to this weight. He is essentially swinging arms around that are substantially heavier.
he's not God he's a human being, anybody would breathe heavily after what 2-3 hours work out and then having a 9 min interview,
UFC gets a lot of money and pays shit to the fighters. Conor knew that, waited for his time, talked the talk, walked the walk, and now he is getting what he deserves. UFC will treat him very well know because he has the power to distroy them
