[ASMR] Soothing Guided Meditation | 432 Hz

- I am so pleased to be presenting you with this guided meditation today!!
This mediation was inspired by a book I read on optometry, called “Luminous Life” by Jacob Linderman.
In the book he describes how he performed color therapy on a number of his patients to improve their vision. He found that emotional trauma was causing impaired sight, and moving slowly through each color helped to trigger the subconscious into clearing these traumas as they were remembered.
I also experienced color therapy to an extent in a healing session with @ThePiscesPixie . I recognized that I had developed strong attachment to the color blue, first as a child and then as an adult. The blue was contracting and cold, while the color green felt warm and expansive. I used to dislike it when I was younger, and now it is my favorite!

I wish there was more ASMR like this. No clicking. Scratching. Tapping. Crinkling. Just soothing music. Soothing voice. Singing bowl. Slow delivery. 10 out of 10 for this. I've saved and will play again many times.

At the beginning of this year, I was so sick, I don't even have words. I've never felt anything like it in my life. What got me through it was listening to this video...and some others of yours...when I didn't have the mental energy to do more than stare into space, so great was the pain and discomfort. This was like a wonderfully soft giant sponge for my mind to fall into. I give you the ultimate in respect!
i was so tense and knotted up the last week, i started crying half way through the video... i dont even have anything sad happening in my life, it was just such a relief to feel the tension subside.

Purple pulled up the most lovely memories of my Mimi. She had a room she called The Purple Parlor in her home when I was a toddler. It was decorated with fine china, beautiful furniture, and a grand piano. She let me play in the purple parlor with my dolls, she let me slam my tiny hands on the piano and make horrendous songs, and she even bought tiny furniture just for me for the purple parlor. We had tea parties, I felt so loved and special in that room. Thank you for bringing up those memories for me again.
Honestly this is perfect for a nice hot bath and washing ur face and using a brush to scalp your hair and doing ur skincare 😴😴😌🧖🏻♀️💆🏻♀️🧼🛀🛁honestly when I was in the shower I felt sleepy because of her peaceful voice 😂❤❤

I'm glad I decided to give this guided meditation another shot after taking a nap. It's was really interesting discovering what I associated with certain colors. It gives me goose bumps just thinking about it. The variety of content you create allows me to experience a vast number of things. Red felt like passion. Green felt like peace. Purple felt like sadness.
My orb of choosing was gray/silver. I felt this wind swirling around me. I felt like I was in the center of a storm. For me the orb represented my heart capacity for love. Felt like I was going to burst. There were smaller orbs of light around me from the very beginning. It was such a relief to release it across the sky in every direction.

I have been watching and listening to asmr for over four years and this video is absolutely perfect in every detail possible. How did she do it? No clue. Keep it up! I can’t recall when I felt this relaxed! I slept through some parts of it, but it was absolutely perfect! She’s perfect

White - Safety
Red - Anger, Fear
Orange - Playfullness
Green - Uncertainty
Yellow - Peace, Happiness
Blue - boredom
Purple - Kinkyness
Choosed one (Cornsilk color) - Mindlessness
This doesn't give me the same feeling but it's literally the only video that has ever gotten me to sleep. Thank you

This is my favourite type of Asmr videos . Music combines with guided meditation . If you want someday i can recommend to do this type of video but do with a story ish in the guided meditation 🧘😊

I enjoyed the eighth orb which I was allowed to make myself except I floated up a bit far and blended in with the dark matter in space, couldn't see , feel or hear the only way i was self aware was thought so internally I began to think back to where i had been as to not get lost completely by losing my train of thought , pretty sure the other orbs didn't notice my passing as they were happy within themselves . Luckily I fall fast just as I have here thanks CL please be blessed as you are a blessing !
