Dory goes to Rosabelle's "castle" and meets Rosabelle's little brother, Ridley. He wants her to wear his Batman costume. It is way too small, but she gets it on and becomes Captain Puff!. Ridley puts her clothes in the toilet water, so she has to wear the costume home.
