'Kegel' refers to 'Kegel exercises' - exercises you do when you contract-hold-and release the pelvic floor muscles. So, when you urinate and you "squeeze" that extra bit of liquid out at the end to get it all out, that's the pelvic floor muscle you use to do that.
Exercising and tightening these muscles (in both men and women) is supposed to enhance sexual performance and endurance.

You should check out Kyle Kinane - Bringing A Bag Of Pancakes On An Airplane. He's a great comedian that's more of a story teller than just riffing off one liners.

Stiflers mom in American Pie was also around the same time in a movie where she played Hilary Duff’s step mom and had Botox and couldn’t move her face. The movie was called The Cinderella Story. Maybe that’s what you’re thinking of

Rich and Homeless. When I was a kid there was an old guy who would walk the streets of downtown with a shabby old-school carnival cart selling paddle balls (paddle with elastic string attached to a ball), pinwheels, Velcro monkeys, etc. Stuff you'd find at a circus or a fair. He was tiny and shuffled so slowly and was dressed in bedraggled rags. It was obvious and easy to believe he was homeless. At some point I learned that he lived in one of the most luxurious homes in our city and had many nice cars. Very wealthy guy. He just loved to walk around with his cart of cheap toys to sell to kids or their parents to bring home to the kids. I never once heard him speak. He was our very own Howard Hughes sans agoraphobia.
Literally as soon as the "chapstick" joke ended, I got an ad for chapstick. Idk if that was a coincidence or what, but I felt the need to share that.

Yeah man. So, I’ve completely changed the format of the videos how I record so I can edit like 4 videos in the space of time it took me to do one and now I know how to not get them perma blocked with the pausing etc so it’s full steam ahead now buddy.
