- Welcome to Humber's North Campus Residences!
In addition to living on campus and being only a few minutes away from your classes, one of the advantages of living in residence is having access to senior students who live and work in the residence, building community spirit through various building activities and providing support to students who live in residence.
Humber North Campus has two types of residence accommodations: single and suite style, but regardless of room type, all students are assigned private bedrooms in Humber’s residences.
Residence applications open at the same time that academic offers begin in February. Residence spaces are offered to eligible first year students in the order in which they applied, so we encourage students to apply to residence as soon as they have accepted their Humber offer.

You can’t bring your own fridge. Have to rent from Coldex. They need to update this video.
video says students can bring their own mini fridge OR rent one but website says you cannot bring your own - please clarify

I've registered on the day the applications for residence opened i.e. on 27th October, still haven't received any mails from Humber Residence Team. Assistance would be appreacited
hey if you’re looking into a suite style room, there is currently a long wait list and you won’t be getting an email anytime soon, however if you’re looking for a single room there’s so wait!

What is the difference between a suite style room and a semi suite style room? Furthermore, what is the difference between semi-suite single occupancy vs double occupancy?

Pls how much do I have to pay as may intake tuition deposit
All new and returning domestic students must pay a mandatory, non-refundable $250 tuition deposit per academic term. New International students must pay a $3,000 tuition deposit when they confirm their offer to Humber. Does Humber have Fashion Designing? I'm unable to find it.

No. Pretty sure all pets are not allowed in residence, including ones in containers/tanks.
