  • Budapest is the capital of Hungary and consists of two regions divided by the Danube River : Buda and Pest.
It’s known for its beautiful historical buildings and is also called the pearl of the Danube.
I recorded everything I bought in a day there, so I’m going to share how much everything cost me.

Much affordable if you are one day in Budapest to buy a 24 hour ticket, for around 5 $….It allows you to travel limitless with every public transport though 24 hours…

@@laptoptoshiba8232 check Airbnb, quite cheap here for that, but Budapest is really not that cheap anymore. I traveled to Munich, Prague, Vienna and now Budapest but Budapest is more expensive than many of these cities for some items. You’ll find decent deals, but I definitely don’t view as a cheap European city. Prague is much cheaper and friendly service too.

I'm really sorry that you couldn't see Chainbridge, it's still under construction nowadays and will reopen in 2023 with some extra additions like bicycle road etc. It wasn't renovated like 33 yrs so it was really needed. Hope you enjoyed your time in Budapest and will return once 😊

What a very pleasant young man. Would be good to know if he is travelling alone, or with a companion. Personally, I find solo travelling a rather lonely experience.

I went from Munich to Prague to Vienna and Budapest. Budapest was very expensive we thought. Prices were the same if not more than places like Munich and Prague. Street food costing up to $15, crazy. Munich actually had the cheapest street food. Another problem with Budapest is that restaurants in town are pricey and poor quality food and service. It’s a beautiful city but it doesn’t call me back like other European cities do. Also, Budapest can be more scammy but usually easily avoidable.
