Phil Spector may be insane and a murderer, but this song is a production masterpiece. Every single time I hear it, I can't believe the power of this song. Of course, it wouldn't be anything without Darlene Love's amazing vocals.
And if you pay attention to the Outro of the song, listening to the piano, the backing vocals, and the band etc., you’ll hear about a third of Springsteen’s early material.

Phil Spector was so amazed he wrote a check for $100 right on the spot. He was not known for his generosity. Leon was a very popular session man back then.

I grew up listening to this Christmas Album it was a tradition. Every year my dad would play it right after Thanksgiving. But it was on when we decorated and Christmas Eve and Christmas day.
