m shadows is imo one of the most underrated vocalists of all time, especially given how famous the band is, and how (positively) talked abt are their other members like Synyster and The Rev... Even if u find his voice "unpleasant" for whatever reason, the man has absolutely impeccable technique and a ridiculously wide range, being able to do every type of clean and distorted vocal there is with ease; and most of all, he truly gives his all in pretty much every single performance.
Loved Avenged Sevenfold since the beginning. Matt has an awesome metal voice. They are also awesome live, have seen then numerous times including one where they caught part of the set on fire with piro. Can't wait for them to release new stuff. Their last album had prog elements in it, which I loved.
