@@jjaybeardedbarber This is my first time using Thick fiber but it seems to clump up are look flaky. Is there something I'm doing wrong are is it just how it applys.
@@clevewilks4312 it’s probably applying to much to a certain area. Are you using the applicator or shaker?
@@jjaybeardedbarber Thanks for even taking the time to respond. I'm using the shaker but I believe it does the same thing when I use the pump sprayer also. I'm using the Thick fiber brand. Didn't know if that made a difference
I thought there was another brand that is way better then this one. you dont have to hair spray it and you have to wash it out for it to come out

I would die !!!! I use it on my hair line and I went out clubbing the other night. My best friend fucking rubbed my head (not knowing) and thank god he missed every spot! Idk what I’ve would have. I wasn’t even in my car that night !!

@@AIRFLAKKO it always last the whole day for me. I’ve even slept with it on before. You Just have to be careful not to let your head touch anything. But I recently started using hairspray with it and that definitely helps a lot
Also I use the “salt shaker” but I feel the other one would be a lot better to use

I've never used fibers, but it seems like applying a little Ghostbond glue first would work to hold it longer
I didn't know this was a thing. I'm almost 38 and lost my perfect hairline a while back but I don't think I could fake the funk now. I've accepted my slightly receded hairline and the grays.

How bad does the holding spray smell?
If you're COMPLETELY bald you might as well go for the scalp micropigmentation.

I did the toppik thing for a few years. You look better bald dude and that must be so thin it would vanish after one strong gust lol. Must be a pain to maintain just give it up and wear a crisp white shirt. The key is feeling relaxed in yourself. You will be a hit with the ladies. I know from hard experience it's hard to have to look older than your age but women like maturity.

Its a great video man! Thing is, fibers cannot be a longterm solution. I used this stuff probably 6yrs ago, and it looked incredible, but the itch on my scalp, the hair product, the constant thinking about my head all day, not to mention any new girl you start dating, will eventually discover the truth via morning, or just her hands through your hair. In the end, i just couldnt hide like that for the rest of my life. Buzzcut boom. Im free.
It looks amazing, Lebron james clearly uses fibers, his hair looks great pre-game, but by the end of the game, its a blotchy mess. I think hes sporting a shaved head now. This is just personal opinion

@@SaiSai-tx9kx no, i dont believe it damaged hair, but it did dry my head and scalp incredibly. Many different brands with better quality than others, i used topic myself, but it runs out fast, and i wasnt going to pay 40$ per refill every month. Comes down to decisions. And your vanity. In that case, it was sanity to continue the charade
i disagree, with hair fibers i actually feel free now , i look so good, without it i had to wear a cap when i go out .Thing is, shaved head is not for everybody .I tried it and I hated it.Im definetely ugly with a shaved head.Hair is a;ways better.For the moment hair fibers are a temporarily solution until a real longterm solution will finally come out.But for me its better than nothing. and im happy , plus fortunately i dont have itch on the scalp with it.

Try pomade .. been using fibers for years! Put the fibers on the area 1st then. Put a high shine pomade!!! That’s the trick ! Good luck

Yah it’s really for thinning hair line , not an entire head like he showed here but for thinning hairline few pumps and your gone for day not a bad solution at all I’d say
Will high fibre spray make you loose more hair?
Just a quick tip for anyone using fibers. Iv used them for 5 years daily, I have a thin crown and high hairline. I’ve found that fibers are best used on hair that has been buzzed down to like a 2-3 guard. Make sure that you brush your fibers through your hair & once they have been applied, use a strong hold hair spray to lock them in.
I have never had problems in the rain, heavy rain I make sure I have an umbrella . Light rain they stay locked in. Any more tips please comment your Q
what brand of fibers do you use?
oke ' Sevich fibers I buy them off of amazon. 100g bag is £8-£10. A lot cheaper than buying those small pots. Thankyou

oke ' another great tip. If the shade you get doesn’t quite match then buy a bag of the darker or lighter shade & mix it until it matches your hair colour
I am not bald. But my hair is thin and very less dense u can see my scalp in sunlight . I keep covering my temples so for that i keep medium to long hairs.
If i use any fibers do i need to put it on scalp or on the top . How will it go down to scalp

I don't see why you couldn't. Although if you do intend to eat or drink, then keeping the fibres locked into your moustache may prove troblesome due to the liquids and food debris you'll want to comb out.
Man, I would like to try this on my hairline, but I get a greasy forehead at times. I'm a teacher and can't imagine the embarrassment I would face if it starting running in class 😞🤣

You could try using a mattifying primer on your forehead. An example product would be "e.l.f. Cosmetics

All gd apart from water test ...couple sprays far away isn't going to do anything ...water test in actual rain would of been better....but I know from experience the fibres will b running down ur face when that happens.

Get a 100g bag off of amazon for £8. (Sevich) used them for years and they work just as good. Don’t waste your money on 27g pots for like £10

This stuff never looks real. My husband had a doctors appointment and his doctor was concerned about what was on his scalp. He actually had a disturbed look on his face asking him "What is that!?". Also, do a real water test. Like put the spray bottle on stream, like it's raining. Because it washes off instantly.
I recommend trying either got2be glued or the VO5 invisible ultimate hold 5 weatherproof hairspray…

I’ve always kept hair fibres handy in case I’m not keen on a hair cut or a grow out faze, and sometimes my medication dose and stress increases can cause temporary thinning.
It doesn’t come off in the rain, especially the VO5 weatherproof one, I can go for a swim or just lay in the bath with my head under and my hair will remain and dry in the exact style it was in!
(without shampooing)

I’m a former cosmetologists and I want to do this to my husband so bad. He has a bald spot and I shave his head. He won’t let me try this on him because he feels like it’s weave 😂

That's how I feel I also have a bald spot. I'm self conscious about it and just purchased some fibers, but I feel guilty knowing it's not my real hair. Feels like I'm wearing a weave or wig.... Hair transplant on the way 😂
@@roylt2661 dont feel guilty. Think of what all everyone does to themselves. People do plastic surgery and all kinds of things. A little colored hairspray that washes right out is your business.

I appreciate the demonstration and the effort, water test and everything, but it looks faker than a football bat. I've read somewhere that somebody was using black shoe polish on their bald head, I am sure this looks much better than that, it's also much better than some fake looking SMP hairlines, because you can at least wash this off if you try, but that's about it. It can probably look quite ok when the head isn't completely shaved, or when you're not completely bald on top, but this does not look good.
OMG can you put a more fake hair line on that guy. That looks terrible no one in the world has a straight line across their head.
