Once again great video Rob. I'm 60 years old love to fish use to be able to dive when I was younger. Just haven't done anything like diving in decades. Can't hunt living in a city like Philadelphia PA. Plus I now live on my S.S.I check only so it's hard to do much of anything. Fishing was my life growing up by the water up in Brooklyn NY. Dad had boats. I even had a little Boston whaler for a while growing up plus a few 21 footers with outboards on them. Just a few bad choices in life nothing major a health problems got me where I am today. But you're videos help me get though the days at times. I watch them everyday and have been a subscriber since almost the beginning. Keep the videos coming because your videos help people much more than you can imagine. God bless you and your family Rob. Hey Rob, the lobsters with rosemary sound really interesting... I saw a neat thing where the UN ( I think ) was sponsoring a program to encourage lionfish removal by way of an underwater drone with a few vacuum attachments and some attractors by way of bait and smell to get the fish to approach the drone from multiple sides. An operator steers it in some cases, others are trying to make the drones that are self guiding for 24/7 operation on reefs for commercial applications so we can eat the buggers down to more manageable levels.

Yes, if you are concerned, you can use scissors to cut the spines before cleaning a lionfish
his brother actually had a recent video making lionfish ceviche and they just cut the spines right off the top
