It's so hot here in Virginia...I just been eating light.. salad or sandwich!! My mom used to get us tins of sardines growing up!! Childhood memories!! Have a blessed day!!
Hope it cools down soon for you with the changing seasons. I hated sardines as a kid but like them now. I like the sardines with a tasty tomato base while hubby likes the plain sardines in spring water.

I heard of fairy bread, it’s not traditional here. The bread( not toasted) crust cut off with either frosting or Nutella spread on top with sprinkles. And we do not have chicken flavor chips. Which now that I think about is weird since every so often Lays comes out with different flavor chips that are food related. Like this summer I saw sandwich themed chips a lot. That’s why I think it’s so fun to see your hauls. All the different snacks !
You know, I never thought of putting the sprinkles or 100’s & 1000’s over Nutella. Brilliant idea. I can’t believe you don’t have chicken flavoured chips (crisps) new flavours come out all the time. Sometimes weird ones but I love basic sea salt thin chips the best. Hubby likes salt and vinegar flavour. 😀
Hii! Just popping in for said comment lol. So i have questions...the chili con carne... you said over rice w taziki?! You may have just blown my mind with the cultural fusion of that 1 & i can't wait to try it lol. Also, my goodness, I'd love to try some Aussie snacks some day. I have had Timtams, but thats about it! Haha. Another thing that just doesn't exist is sausage rolls. I may just have to find a good recipe to try to make my own! Anywho, I always love your videos & i hope you have the best time with your girls! ❤
The sauce is amazing with the chilli con carne. I make my own with fresh chopped baby cucumber, mint, lemon juice, wee bit of garlic and Greek yoghurt. Just a spoonful on top of your meat. I suddenly have a craving for some now lol. 😊
Hmmm, I’m not familiar with the flying saucers. My granddaughters love anything with sherbet. Makes a big mess though lol. I remember as a kid accidentally breathing the sherbet in sometimes.
Ok I’ll have to record a video next shopping day and make some fairy bread for you. The 100’s and 1000’s are tiny tiny balls of coloured confectionery. Very appetising for kids because it is sweet and colourful and crunchy. Google 100’s & 1000’s party food and you should get some good images. 😃

I like learning about different foods and ways of doing things. I had never heard of the lemon and bi-carb in the sink. I'll have to try that!
