Pacquiao's worldy experiences are part of his growing up towards maturity. Now he is a more responsible citizen and a mature Christian. Pacquiao's faith saved his life, his fortune, his marriage and most importantly his family.
To the people slamming Manny's faith:
He's happy now. He's faithful to his wife now. He's not gambling his fortune away now. He's kinder now. He's not abusing alcohol now.

Well, the guy is was poor then suddenly, he had all the money, he probably got tempted by it. And thankfully, he realized that those things are just giving him temporary joy.

I've tried and tried to give up drinking and smoking for the past years and I failed but gave into cravings, now that I attend a church and participate in a lot of the things they do, street preaching, church concerts,church services and all that, but I thank god, gives me tears of Joy everytime, I use to be a drunk,smoked all the cigarettes and that but now I'm 5 months going strong! I'm wiser,smarter,better than I was in the past, physically and mentally

Addiction is a devil who hides in the Darkness, waiting for us to become weak again so he can drag us back down.
We must never allow ourselves to drop our guards, because one thing you can be sure of, the addiction wasn’t gone whilst we were beating him. He went away, did lots of push ups and got stronger, and continues to get stronger as life rolls along.

I remember when i was still living in the philippines we would stop by at mannys townhome located in El rio Davao City. He loved to play Cards gambling and drinking till the sun comes out. Crazy how time flies so fast.

God is realy an amazing God He works in way we cannot see. I was also like Mr. Manny drinking,womanizing(no sex involve) , bar hoping for I was a band vocalist . It was one moment that changed my life after all of those that I did to my body it caused me to be sick badly. I was hospitalized because of too much alcohol consumption and not taking care of my body . The pain was unbearable when I was in the hospital bed. I called Jesus for help and miraculously I did received an intant relief I also promised to God that I will change before I called him . Right now I am happy that I am not into drinking liquor , stopped singing worldy songs I left my band and all the fame and attention that we have. My joy in singing in church is more than enough! All I want is to glorify the Lord with all that he have given me. I am also happy and contented faithfully in love with my partner. God is more than enough . He is the best! Without Him all of us is nothing we have to give him all the glory and praise to his name!

I like Graham and appreciate his interviews but to continue to badger Manny about his old sinful life... Gambling, drinking and womanizing (''So what did you like about it, you really liked it didn't you, come on you must have liked it", etc...). Seems like you were trying to draw him back into that kind of life. It seems like for you, that God is a boring topic and instead you were trying to get some Jerry Springer kind of stories from Manny. Living a clean, holy and Godly life, as Manny was trying to explain to you, is the best topic you can get, we need more of this in today's society.
