I made this saucy pasta and I must say…I had to force myself to get up from the table! This is so delicious and satisfying! My husband said whilst I was making it that he wished he was the spoon! He’s a mushroom fanatic so he devoured this dish! Thank you Kathy for this delicious recipe. Do you have a cookbook out yet? If not……That’s all I’m saying.
Love your videos!! What brand of wine did you find that’s vegan? I know there are a few brands, but I can’t find them in the tiny bottles you’re talking about. Help!
We have many vegan white choices in the US. I believe this is an Italian wine brand you might find there: Inama Soave Classico. We have tiny bottles of everything here. Even tiny airline-sized liquor bottles for sale in our grocery stores.
Every time you say “Alexa” mine responds and we have multiple timers going off…lol We always just refer to her as “the lady” whether she is or not is debatable 😀

Yes, you can! That is in the substitutions. You can also use silken tofu or add 1/2 cup of any type of flour to the plant milk mixture.

Sounds great! You can also blend 1/2 cup flour instead of the cashews for the same creamy results.
