I saw one today, and I'll get one this weekend. I've tried cooking my chicken breasts on the George Foreman grill, but with the slant of the grill, the cooking spray always ran off, and I found myself constantly spraying the grill so that the chicken wouldn't dry up. Nothing wrong with the George Foreman grill, but I'll use that for burgers and turkey bacon, etc, but chicken? I'm getting this Ninja here. 👍👍👍😆
I'm getting a Foodie this week, our air fryer is the size of a computer from like 1950 and its too hard to handle. Meal prep should be a lot easier this way!
I have done brining for some recipes: ruclips.net/video/5qFwh2kE6JM/видео.html But, today generally I seek to keep salt intake low. And have found benefit.
YUM, watching your recipes makes me rethink my vegetarian choice! ;) But in all seriousness, thank you for explaining your cookware and the different things to cook. I adapt your recipes and they always turn out quite delish.
Can you please help me. I've had two foodi smart xl grills thinking one was defective but everytime I use the preset function for chicken breasts well done my chicken is dry and tough to chew through days later. any tips? am i doing something wrong like leaving the chicken too long in the fridge? I set it out for 30 minutes before putting it in the grill...
Thank you for a great honest review! I have XL Foodi without a thermometer and love it!! Mine doesn't do the rest but I'm fine with that I know to rest the meat. :0)
Not a major concern for me. So I haven't made an effort. You could try using a high smoke point oil and see what happens. I will leave it to you to research what oil you use.
Quick question. Which ninja should I purchase for chicken breasts, and steamed rice ? Is there a grill for both, or do I have to get 2 separate Ninjas ?
Hi I just got my grill. I like it so far but looks like my chicken breast is overcooking looks roasted instead of grilled. I grill it at high heat for 25 minutes without theometor. Does the theometor have to be used. Also how u grill chicken breats on high or med and how long
Thanks again Darnell! Love your channel and videos. I’ve been debating between the ninja foodi grill vs the nuwave primo grill. Just curious if you have a preference if main goal is grilling such as steaks, patties and chicken breasts and air frying. I noticed in your video the juiciness of the nuwave primo...
I show it is removable here: ruclips.net/video/2w9vZTOyV14/видео.html Someone else has already done the _in the oven thing,_ I'm good in the oven without it. See: ruclips.net/video/iX50tcK6hck/видео.html
@@LukewarmEnthusiast I use oil but what temperature should I use? Ive been doing 145 but its still tough... am i supposed to do something with the chicken before grilling?
It seems that if there is more meat in there especially beef. Maybe having less meat in there is easier for a more consistent temp. I have been playing around with it since I have got one recently. I had the air fried chicken and it was good with 6 pieces.
Each piece of chicken is unique. They never all cook in the same time in any cooker. I loaded this cooker with beef steaks and it did a pretty consistent job overall. ruclips.net/video/G3eWc4tYgNs/видео.html
Looks good!
Thanks very much, and especially for the recipe which many RUclipsrs don't include. Looks delicious!
Looks so good and so glad to see when someone cooks chicken cleaning probe and utensils before putting into done meat
You make me hungry when I'm watching your videos. Thumbs up to you my friend! Thank you!
Awesome looking, I'm going to try this with both seasonings... Great job Darnell !
Mine came out great! I didn't take pics cause we ate it all! Love this grill too!
I'm really bad at cooking but I'm trying to learn because I want to get better at it!

Looks delicious. I'm using the normal ninja grill but the XL looks nice
I'm putting the chicken on right now. Let's see how it goes.. Still learning this grill.
It came out perfectly. Nice and moist for the first time ever. Thanks for posting.
Really pumped to try this out tonight! Thanks for this!!
just a tip try brining the chicken in salt and water before cooking as it helps the meat retain moisture

How do I cook them for them to come out with the grilled lines on it? I’ve been trying but haven’t been able to get it done

Are you using the grill setting ?(not bake?)
What oil would you recommend is best?

I tell you early in the video.

I highly recommend you get a meat probe before you cook anything else.

@@WaveOvenRecipes i have that exact grill it comes with the meat theometor but I prefer not to use it.
Then I have no further advice to offer.

What's the total time and temp?
All I have is what is in the video.
Uncle I didn’t understand a word you said when the grill was heating up
Great video I go to Kennesaw state university it said Kennesaw. Is that correct like you live in that area if so awesome and thank you 😊

Go Owls.
Is that grill plate removable and if so. Can you take it out and use it in Ninja Foodi XL Pro Air Fryer oven to give the meat grill marks?
I show it is removable here:

Awesome video
170 seems a bit high, that will dry it out more. I would change that to 155 to 160 to get it safe and juicy.
To each their own. I always cook a little higher and demonstrate the result is good 🙂
Do u rinse your boneless chicken breast before grilling.

Bruh I thought you was Zeke from the Allstate commercial 🤣🤌🏾
If chicken feels "slimy", PLEASE WASH then dry w/paper towels.
