I bought the sleeve hitch and the Brinley cultivator but it does not fit on to my John Deere garden tractor. I bought a JD S170. Please tell me how I can fit these thibngs together and make it work like in your video!

Sleeve hitches should be purchased through your tractor manufacturer.
