I believe the starting of the whole "start out on a smaller bike" thing is most people don't have the skills to ride the bigger bikes when minor/major things happen while riding, and 90% of the wanna be Valentino street racers don't respect the power at all no matter what others warn them about it. judging from my 25+ yrs of riding, and the performance focused groups I rode with, the natural progression of bike has always been 1) some kind of beginner bike 2) 600cc super sport 3) 750cc-1000cc superbike 4) then after a few years of acting like the man on a liter bike most go back to a 600cc super sport for the sheer enjoyment of performance riding ie fast corners/ track riding 5) then maybe a performance naked for the street or maybe the dream bike they always wanted to own. Of course this is different for those that don't blast canyon roads or track, and mostly do high speed "smack downs" on the highways. Anyone can start out on what ever bike they want this is true and you actually will spend less money in bike purchases when you really want that big liter/bigger bike in the end, but if you dont respect the bike no matter what size or class it is, your chances of becoming an organ donor are pretty damn huge
Thank you! I just bought an 06 CBR1000RR as my first bike. I've been taking it very slow. I respect the bike more than anyone I know. I just want to keep it for as long as possible.
@Gray Matter it's okay! I probably would have gone with a smaller bike. Liter bikes are STUPID expensive and they can get you in a load of trouble I'd you dont know how to handle the speed.
@Gray Matter but to completely answer your question No, it's only been 5 months but I'm not completely comfortable with it yet. I havent leaned it over very far and I havent been going very fast if I have leaned it over Throttle control will make or brake your 1000cc experience That's not all their is to riding a 1000cc but its definitely very important
Maaan I swear I was getting sooo much push back on wanting to start on a cbr1000rr. After watching this video I’m going to go ahead and make my down payment next week and get the process started!! Prior to this video I always said you have to respect the power and your throttle! Take it slow, real slow and careful.
i agree. it's not that it can't be done but you know a lot of people won't respect the power. that's why people recommend not to start so big. the moment you don't respect it, it'll hurt.
The one thing is that you don't really get to appreciate the different bike classes. It also means that you learn a lot slower usually. Going through each class is definitely a very strong learning experience. Plus then if you drop your bike you didn't just drop an S1000RR...
its true right but still its a decision of preference & most important of that is to ride wisely no matter what the bike is a 1000cc or a **** scotter !
Life Enjoys Rayan&ViseVersa Ya but you also don't get to appreciate or feel how the smaller bikes feel. With cars is just, oh ya this feels more powerful, but with the classes of bikes is a whole other story.
@Kale Dotzler lol what a BS. I dont wanna know how a 250 cc bike feels like. And besides just cuz u start on a 1k cc doesnt mean ur progress will be much slower or u will never know how lower classes feels like xD lmao. Point is clear. U can start on whatever the fuck bike and get good as U want too. It's all about you and ur goals and ur skills on what u can take on. If u believe u can get to a certain point thro classes from 125 cc to 1000 cc GOOOD on u! But what i hate is when they use this argument as it's the best and safest way to get to 1k cc. In life u have to appreciate and trust ur own skills and limits and dont let anyone tell u what u can do and what u cant or whats the best way or whats not. It's all on u and how far u can push ur self to succeed in whatever in life. So cut the crap.
Dude why do you ride on the wrong side of the lane? Are you scared of cars? Your asking to get crushed riding like that. Also your half wrong half right about liter bikes. The catch is that most people don't understand that it takes only a split second for one to get away from you and on pavement around vehicles and over 100 mph that can mean death. Liter bikes push the 190 to 200 mph envelope with a few mods. I love mine but I rode a 600 for years. Hope you don't find out the hard way how quick that bike can get away from you
my first bike ( and still my current bike) is a 2002 yzf-r1 (no rider aids) everyone thought i was absouluty insane and was going to die. but here i am typing this today. people make it sound like these litre bikes will warp you into another dimension, and thats just not true.
That's exactly what I think and I've finally found someone who makes a video on exactly everything I've been thinking about and it's so true I mean shit all new liter bikes have different power modes and shit
My best advice/thing to say, is that the bike isn’t fast, unless you make it fast. Capability doesn’t mean automatically. If you take it slow, it will be slow.
Truth bro! My starter bike was a 06 gsxr 750. Rode it for about 2 weeks then sold it due to military obligations. Now 5 years later I just bought a 2017 zx10r KRT edition and I'll start off in the lowest mode to get used to it then move up when comfortable.
Superb points. Talks a lot of sense. Start in rain mode, no wasting money on upgrades, has loads of safety features, amazing front brakes and the S1000RR are very comfortable.
I started on an fz6 5 years later I have an R1 the amount of things I learned definitely help me now. You can do what you want. But you don’t know what you’re comparing it to because this is your only experience
Everybody chirping that you shouldn't start on a litre bike are not riding a BMW S1000RR. Bike is so smooth in addition to the features you mentioned make it the greatest bike in the world. The only way I am upgrading my S1000RR is if a newer model comes out that I really want.
Great I’m with on this doc... I’m a new rider and I’m not buying 4 bike just to get to that one.... I’m starting on a cbr100rr.... took my course last summer.👍🏽🏍🏍🏍🏍
opinions are like assholes, everyone has one. Yours is just different from the crowd. Me, personally, a liter bike isnt the way to start. most people didn't have the luxury of ABS, wheelie/traction control, all the electronics, etc. when they first got on a liter bike and you can have all that, doesn't mean you can fully control that bike being a new rider. most things come from experience and respect, not electronics. to each their own. not hating. just the other side of the arguement. beautiful bike.
5150 GSXR I agree. Best to learn from basic and cheap bikes. Allows you to really hone your skills cuz in an emergency, no abs, trac control etc. Was riding for a year already when a 50cc scooter dropped me and I broke 3 bones.
Very solid points.. esp with the new liter bikes and the electronics just put it in a low power mode until you learn the bike and work your way up lol I've seen a ton of 250-300 accidents just as much as 600s or 1000s ..
I totally agree I said the same thing u didn plan. On getting a 1,000 it was by mistake but glad I ended up with one as my first bike and I let others get I. My head scaring me but it’s a waste of time and money trading up over an over you as a rider jus have to be a responsible rider and respect the power and you’ll be just fine on any size bike
The stigma is mostly in cornering and not high siding mid way through. If you like cornering you will get better experience with a smaller bike as you don't have to worry that much with the throttle.
Bro congrats on the beast of a bike S1000RR, These are a great lasting beautiful top of the line machines. To be respected at the least and being a new rider. Id probably get into wet mode to learn the bike at less than peak power with the help of traction control and wheelie control already setup this would greatly give you the riding aspects you need on learning the bike with a mid power cut back. Also look into race rails or a stunt cage to better feel out the possibility that when you fall (which you will) the bike has protection better than sliders for sure. Once rain mode is in the clear you then can accommodate to learning street then open her up to race mode.
Man I bought a 09 Kawi 650r and rode it for 6 months then I bought a 2016 R1M and had it worked, flashed and dyno tuned before I ever even saw it in person. I had a friend drive me out to get it and rode the 250 miles home. Nothing like Atlanta traffic the first time ever on a liter bike. Been hooked at the track ever since!
I feel you, I got a 2013 650 right now and I'm getting bored of it already. It's been about 3 months sadly. Gonna be upgrading to either r1, cbr1k or s1000rr
The internet tells be to get a 300cc to start. People in real life (with riding experience) told me to get 600cc at minimum because the small bikes suck. I think the 300cc theroy is overhyped too. So im planning on getting a 650 or 600 as my first bike.
SOLD on the "wake me up". I bought a KTM RC 390 rode 6k miles in 6 weeks fucking tired of this thing already. No power for the freeway. It's fun on HighWay130 up in the bay area. Other than that I'm already looking at the 2016 R1 thats a bike ill keep for a long time and grow into.
True im gonna buy my first hayabussa this saturday i have experience in 4track and ktm but its gonna be my first time in a haya...love ur video brow saying hi from puerto rico
Thats whats up bro!! Im so glad I watched this video 2me truth is respect the bike/power! I was so close to getting 250/300 then was like maybe a 600 now im like Lord bless me w a 1000 cuz can u imagine me and my girl dragging on a 250?Hell no not down w that! Yeaaa lets do this 1000 here I come😎 but respect to all the bike riders the game is real!!
Mista _Wo better traction control which is adjustable, abs with lean angle sensors so theoretically you shouldn’t lowside under braking, wheelie control, basically more aids to protect the rider
There's no point in wasting all that cash to up class, what every 6 months? 250/300-600/750-1000? Just get what you want and call it a night. If you're going to start on a small bike get a 600. I see lots of people on Craigslist downsize to that from a 1000 so you'll be able to trade or sell it with no problem.
lol..good luck. enjoy the insurance premium, maintenance, and leave the electronics on. rain mode is doable as a first bike, rides like a 600. If you got money for one and want it I'd advise to start something cheaper if you drop. Ride safe.
1:42-1:45 I got pain in my eyes. This is NOT the kind of rider for a BMW S1000RR. Can you start on a liter bike? Absolutely! Is it a good choice as a beginner bike? Definately no!
Max Payne that was sarcasm lol, but I’ll admit I didn’t know any better back when I made this video. I don’t regret but I’m definitely hesitant to recommend it. I have to do an update vid
I´m sorry if I was a little too harsh with my comment, but I just don´t believe that such a super sport bike is a good beginner motorcycle. I´m a beginner myself and got a Kawasaki Versys 650. It´s got plenty of power to learn on and is also pretty comfortable on long distances. I wouldn´t want to learn on a BMW S1000RR myself to be honest.
This thing where you shouldn't start on a litre bike is strictly American where I'm from 250's 300's 400's are so scarce and sell so badly they're only used for track bikes. Everyone normally starts on a 600 or 750 where I'm from. Idk why Americans think you're just instantly gonna die if you swing your leg over. You can start on anything.
I agree with you bro. I took a class then a month later got a 650. rode it home from the dealership...then practiced for two weeks in a parking learning the in and outs. I had a Yamaha r1 3 months later. If you have a brain, you wont crash because you value your life. I'll be moving to san Francisco soon man. Are you in the bay area?
You're right and wrong at the same time. Most people can't afford a liter bike with electronic rider aids as a first bike so you're the exception to the rule. The rider aids are making up for a persons lack of skill and experience. Ultimately it's up to the individual. Very nice bike though
"The rider aids are making up for a persons lack of skill and experience." Is this a typo? Did you forget the word "not"? Because those rider aids DON´T make up for lack of skill and exp. They will help you in some critical situations and they do make riding easier but only to a very limited degree for a beginner on a super sport bike. Experience comes with time. Skills are something you can´t just get right at the beginning. They develop over time.
I think the motorcycle manufacturers started that rumor so they could sell more bikes like x3 to each person (250 > 600 > 1000)... I just got my first bike and it's 1000cc... I won't ever let my ego run the bike, I only use my best tool like you (which is my brain), so nothing bad will ever happen. It also even has a speedometer on it so I can even further use my head and not ride beyond my limits, hey what a concept hehe.. Great video, thanks.
When you first bought it how much was like your starting payments? I'm thinking about buying one 6months from now and was just wondering before I get into it
as a now more experienced rider I would never ever recommend any bike to anyone due to the differences in size, height of bike, strength of the rider (important for some weaker riders). But BEFORE considering a liter bike you should test ride smaller bikes. You‘ll have a great fun on 125cc-500cc bikes too. If you already start at 1000+cc every „newcomer“ wants to see the power.... I live in Germany where we have passages where you can go full throttle and our speeding laws aren‘t as strict as f.e. american laws but every rider who is a complete beginner (on a bike or in general driving) should learn first slow and the increase power, engine size, speed, whatever.... The problem with youtube is that looking at an video where someone goes 200mph on the autobahn or freeway looks easy but in real life its a way different story Stay safe out there and watch out my friends....
I agree ☝️ since i have a cousin who started on a liter bike 🏍 and he is doing well so those guys saying you can’t start on a litter bike 🏍 are just hating and want people to follow their paths hell no
I rlly want a cbr 1000rr but thatll be my first bike if i get, and I know if I get it ill have to be extra careful on the throttle and respect the bike.
Its true i seen people die on 250s, its not the bike the kills you but your stupidity. Be responsible, watch other drivers crossing you on the street or highway, don't eat lights or tailgate and don't try giving it too much throttle before you know you can handle it. Nuff said and good luck to all those Liter bike beginners like me and the maker of this video.
Ok so here me out here. I'm 20 and I just completed my endorsement and my manager has offered me his 2014 r1 ( which is my dream bike) at low mileage for only $2500. It's 1000cc and while i'm one of the safest riders and i'd never do anything stupid, im wondering if it'll be too heavy and powerful to safely handle with little experience. Im 6 foot and 190lb so I can probably handle the weight. I really feel like I wont find a deal like this on my dream bike and any decent sv650 or ninja is easily over 3k in my area. So what im wondering is should I go for it, its the best deal I can find and its my dream bike. Thanks!
If I was in your position I’m pretty sure I would buy it 😁. It’s going to take some getting used to but if you promise yourself to take it slow and to not let others get you carried away into riding wilder then you can handle then you’ll be fine. I was a bit nervous for a while when I started on this bike but I literally have no regrets starting on a big bike at all. I just had to battle my ego and didn’t have shame to tell someone that I was slow because once you do that you won’t feel pressured to keep up with someone faster than you are, if you do then that’s when things get really dangerous.
Not really a liter bike as your first when you keep it in low power mode..... so really your not starting on a liter bike. My first bike that I still have is an 04 ZX-10R aka one of the widow maker years.... can’t turn the power down on that....
god points there... I am the same as you, want a buy a bike... have never ride anything bigger than a scooter. I have in my sights a Yamaha XJR1300 2002 with 4000 miles in mint condition at a very good price... I guess that take in it slow and safe, building your confidence is the way to go... what about cornering and the handling the weight which is the biggest issues that I see everybody worry about??? any tips on that ???
man fuck all these haters do what the fuck you want! I started on a Busa because I'm a big guy! I'm 6'4 285 lbs what the fuck would I do with a 250 or 300? All this not being able to appreciate the classes and not being able to learn the bike properly is foolishness. I've learned just fine and can keep up with 600s in the twisties for all you certified street Rossi's lmao nice video bro!
To be honest the throttle response kind of laggy compared to other bikes i've recently rode (Ducati 1199, R6, 2015 S1000RR). Getting used to the power is a whole different story though. That took like a month to really get into the power without scaring myself
I've ridden several 600s and the responsiveness differed between the three. I pulled the trigger on a s1000rr. Gets here next week! Literally can't wait but I'm definitely gonna take my time getting comfortable with it. I appreciate the post dude. Great video
@@ReshardsAutomotiveWorkshop bro i be lookin at 1299s 1198s 848s r1s r6s cbr liter bikes super nakeds you might as well just put an RIP sign next to me because I am going all power whenever I feel like it no bike is safe not even a 250....
Subbed cuz this shit was hilarious and I saw a BMW S1000R and it was the most comfortable bike out of all the bikes in the showroom at the BMW, KTM dealer, etc.
I'm very proud of you I've taken safety classes and pass but didn't ride 7 yrs I've save enough money for a bike I was thinking of the 300 then go to a 600 or 1000 but if you say it OK start slow go slow on 1000 then I'll do that spending a lot of money just to get to a litter bike
CHASE FLIGHT dude you are making me want the s1000rr more and more as a first bike too... MY neighbor bought his wife a 2016 BMW S1000rr and I thought she was on death row but a few months later she's doing great and took the bike to track already... The s1000rr is my dream bike
I can see if you rode dirt bikes and quads your whole life maybe jumping on one of these as a first street bike but not if it's your actual first bike ever.
jim ritzheimer i definitely get your point, looking back in this video I still can’t believe it did it and don’t really recommend it to many. I did have prior experience with dirt bikes and quads but only through friends. 🤙
I'd say a good 75-80% of noobie riders drop or lowside a bike within 2 years of riding, and that's part of the whole "Liter bikes are bad for beginners". They just cost more to fix.
I agree but the thing is alot of us young guys don't understand how to respect shit and think there rosi and die lol but I started off with a 900cc did fine, i mean crashed it and now im fucked but wasent my fault at all.
ok hes not gunna get bored of the power, but hes never gunna learn how to get the most from that bike and in the whole vid he did not surpass the top speed of a 400. so new riders do it if you want! but its not the riders move, its the posers move, this guy wont ever be able to hang with good 600 riders up twisties
lol, fair enough mate. You actually made good points about the ABS, traction/wheelie control and wet mode. Just remember you'll start to feel confident on it WAAAAAAAAY before you have earned that confidence (we all do;)). There are all kinds of situations you'll encounter for the first time. Much better to figure out how to deal with them at low speed. And for fuck sake, all the gear, all the time!! Stay safe, bro.
600 can kill just as quick . 250 or 300 cant get out of its own way .that will get you killed too . just get the bike you want just respect it . and don't ride with friends that will push you.
Congrats on your first bike. it's beautiful. bike. Glad you are happy with it. You do not need to get others approval for your choice as it is your right to do what you want with your life and money; however, this kind of video could cause very dangerous results. Not everyone will be able to afford liter bike with auto blip, abs having, wheelie controlling, and newbie babysitting bike. some brainless kid with no money might take your message to his heart and ends up with super bike from 1990s with no rider ade to take out minivan full of kids. I see guys who say you are wrong. Ignore them since it's your right, life and money. But do not encourage others with these kinds of videos to dangerous situation.
jermaine pearson I low sided a while back but I was wearing a suit and the bike basically slid on me lol. No real visible damage unless your look for it closely. Also at the track I got cut off and had a agricultural experience and hit a cone and took off part of my lower fairings. The bike still looks good and runs great 🤙
Just respect the bike and have great good throttle control.
Matty Cakes 🤙 I agree
Matty RIDES thank you because I just bought a 2019 ZX10R and everyone tells me to just respect the bike and you’ll be alright

Jonathan Arocho exactly, it's not for everyone though.... but I love it
So true my first bike is a 2012 zx14r .I slowly grew into the bike by using the safety modes and common sense.

Carlos Gonzalez ya man, best decision I've made.... I'm not gonna let other people make my decision when I'm paying for it...
CHASE FLIGHT exactly so fucking true
Even if it didn’t you’d have common sense to be real sensitive with the throttle

Matt Schindig very true
Matt Schindig how bout I not max wrist throttle
Hahaha same here 916cc Ducati was my first bike have it 2 years now.. hahaha ridin it every weekend.. no abs no traction control!
You said Sacramento Mexico I'm so weak. I'm from Sac too I've been looking at getting an S1000rr maybe I'll catch you on the streets brotha!
The Norse Wind haha definitely get a s1000rr, it’s amazing. I’ll see you out there brotha 🤙
Socal_S1KRR thanks man, I appreciate the pointers 🤙
Yep Np, I ride the 2010 model so I know the bike as well and vlog it on my page.
Maj. Moto that's awesome man, I got a couple track days coming up
I feel you, I got a 2013 650 right now and I'm getting bored of it already.
Other than that I'm already looking at the 2016 R1 thats a bike ill keep for a long time and grow into.
s north that’s awesome man, the R1 is a fun bike. You know what’s funny? I’m actually going to buy a ktm 390 as a second commuter bike haha. Ride safe
Lmao...that last statement tho. My first bike is gonna be a 1000RR and mfs already talking that bullshhh.
Radio Killa your going to love it 🙌. Let them talk, just be safe 🤙
CHASE FLIGHT yes sir!!
started on a moped and climbed up to the liter section ... that s1000rr has enough equipment to save a noob or kill a pro ... keep safe man .. peace
Joe Louis You man, do whatever you feel is best. Just take your time and have fun. I don’t regret anything about this bike
All 2015+ bikes come with those options?
Mista _Wo better traction control which is adjustable, abs with lean angle sensors so theoretically you shouldn’t lowside under braking, wheelie control, basically more aids to protect the rider
Great Bike for beginners. It's all about respecting the power. I agree with you 100%.
what happened to this bike? Are you still riding it?
Dan T Yup 😁, still have the bike with no issues. I put about 38k miles on it now, I want to do a track day video soon
I am doing the same... buying an s1000rr 2017 later this year will make a video about my experience... but I agree with all the points he is making...
Marc Van Heerden that's awesome Marc, that 2017 is an amazing bike. I'll be waiting for that vid!!!
Will post all the bad beginner moments as well... You don't have videos of that?
Just got a gsxr 1000 2016 first bike ..an ur rite bro just gotta take it slow i already did 150 an its only my 3rd day riding 😎
How you getting on since and how did you manage to drive the bike at 150 a few days later
lol..good luck. enjoy the insurance premium, maintenance, and leave the electronics on. rain mode is doable as a first bike, rides like a 600. If you got money for one and want it I'd advise to start something cheaper if you drop. Ride safe.
Matt Siegel my insurance isn't really expensive at all but I definitely hear where your coming from. Maintenance is a whole different story though lol
Best New Buyer & Liter Bike vid. I have seen in a while. Dope bike 👌🏽
Andrew Williams thanks man that means a lot
This thing where you shouldn't start on a litre bike is strictly American where I'm from 250's 300's 400's are so scarce and sell so badly they're only used for track bikes. Everyone normally starts on a 600 or 750 where I'm from. Idk why Americans think you're just instantly gonna die if you swing your leg over. You can start on anything.
Are you riding THAT in “kid mode”?
stay safe, i agree with you.
hamitup thanks!!! 🙏
Maximo Asante I'm in Sacramento but that's a short ride to the bay, should catch a ride sometime
will do man. once i get even thing situated. i will hit you up.
tryna make my dad let me get a 1000cc instead of a 3-500. sent em this vid
oorreooo let me know how it goes 🤙
You're right and wrong at the same time. Most people can't afford a liter bike with electronic rider aids as a first bike so you're the exception to the rule. The rider aids are making up for a persons lack of skill and experience. Ultimately it's up to the individual. Very nice bike though
"The rider aids are making up for a persons lack of skill and experience."
Is this a typo?
So like how much you monthly payments for you bike insurance?
Robert Ortiz I pay $93 currently which isn’t bad but it’s under a multiple car policy 👍
When you first bought it how much was like your starting payments? I'm thinking about buying one 6months from now and was just wondering before I get into it
Plus its gonna be my first bike
Fully agree, great video ..even though 8yr no bike but I got zx14 now it's older 2006 but I like it and hope to get riding soon
I did the same thing. Self control is all it takes.
I don't see the big deal in buying a higher powered bike as your first ride. Like said, it's all about starting small and slowly progressing. Right?
Justin Okoh do whatever works for you...🤙
To be honest. It’s all about not being stupid and know your limits.
1:43 "Oh shit!" lol....said the same thing on my buddys zx10
I think of bikes like guns the person controls the bike same as gun like did the bike go 190mph by itself or you but I agree with video
Nice bike, good choice. I'm starting on a 2018 ZX-14 excited to get out and start riding. Go get'em
as a now more experienced rider I would never ever recommend any bike to anyone due to the differences in size, height of bike, strength of the rider (important for some weaker riders).
The problem with youtube is that looking at an video where someone goes 200mph on the autobahn or freeway looks easy but in real life its a way different story
Stay safe out there and watch out my friends....
Good looking bike bro. Looking into getting an r1 soon
So I’m completely not trippin , soon I’ll be going from a 500 rebel to an Aprilia RSV4 RR 🤨
agreed! my first super sport was an R1. no big deal. and mine didnt even have any modes or safety features.
DunePanda Is it hard to learn in R1as for first bike??
How many months it has got to learn the throttle, power, etc on the R1
have fun and drive safely bro. enjoy your litre bike like I do mine
wilfred ooyman thanks man, I'm enjoying every second of it!!!
Not really a liter bike as your first when you keep it in low power mode..... so really your not starting on a liter bike. My first bike that I still have is an 04 ZX-10R aka one of the widow maker years.... can’t turn the power down on that....
how long you learn on that bike ?
god points there...
Angel Duque thanks!!! That definitely sounds like a good buy. Ride safe
man fuck all these haters do what the fuck you want!
DaWrathOfGod exactly man, I love my bike and I have no regrets whatsoever!!! I just ride my limit... I need to do an updated video
how long did it take to get used to the throttle responsiveness?
To be honest the throttle response kind of laggy compared to other bikes i've recently rode (Ducati 1199, R6, 2015 S1000RR). Getting used to the power is a whole different story though. That took like a month to really get into the power without scaring myself
I've ridden several 600s and the responsiveness differed between the three. I pulled the trigger on a s1000rr. Gets here next week! Literally can't wait but I'm definitely gonna take my time getting comfortable with it. I appreciate the post dude. Great video
Congrats man! what year did you get? Its a great bike and its worth every penny.
glad to hear that haha. it's a 2015. red and white. looks so good
Thats the one to get, auto-blip, cruise control... its just perfect.
your story same as mine. the difference is I let my friend take the bike from the dealer to my house.
tough931 That's dope man!!!! What bike do you have?
CHASE FLIGHT 2016 S1000RR Haha 😂 😂 😂
Someone is going to end up dead because of this video..
Being alive is the number one cause of death in the world.
Well call me a fuckin idiot cus I'm definitely getting an FZ10 or another liter bike
Lol someone is going to die because they didn’t pay attention to him saying take the shit slow 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
So no one has ever died on a 250? Interesting.... I did not know the 250cc bike is the safest vehicle ever made. Damn...
@@ReshardsAutomotiveWorkshop bro i be lookin at 1299s 1198s 848s r1s r6s cbr liter bikes super nakeds you might as well just put an RIP sign next to me because I am going all power whenever I feel like it no bike is safe not even a 250....
good shit bro.... s1000 to me is a great starter bike. with all the rider aids its safer then a 600. (Subscribed)
I would recommend starting on a scooter. Then get a 650 class bike. Then a litre bike
"Man shut your mark ass up." **SUBSCRIBE**
Subbed cuz this shit was hilarious and I saw a BMW S1000R and it was the most comfortable bike out of all the bikes in the showroom at the BMW, KTM dealer, etc.
Harman Singh lol thanks man, exactly it's a comfortable bike...got more vids coming
Yo thanks man. Now I know just to respect the bike and be safe on it
I'm very proud of you I've taken safety classes and pass but didn't ride 7 yrs I've save enough money for a bike I was thinking of the 300 then go to a 600 or 1000 but if you say it OK start slow go slow on 1000 then I'll do that spending a lot of money just to get to a litter bike
frogman jack I'll say this, for me it was the best decision lol. I rode slowly until I became comfortable.
Great video!!!
Great channel brotha, you convinced me to buy a s1000, coming soon summer 2017 haha
Meena Gergawy ayyy bimmer gang!!! Let's ride
CHASE FLIGHT dude you are making me want the s1000rr more and more as a first bike too... MY neighbor bought his wife a 2016 BMW S1000rr and I thought she was on death row but a few months later she's doing great and took the bike to track already... The s1000rr is my dream bike
Who is your insurance company 100 bucks is a deal. For full coverage
ryen rosario State Farm, it's because it's not my primary vehicle
I can see if you rode dirt bikes and quads your whole life maybe jumping on one of these as a first street bike but not if it's your actual first bike ever.
jim ritzheimer i definitely get your point, looking back in this video I still can’t believe it did it and don’t really recommend it to many. I did have prior experience with dirt bikes and quads but only through friends. 🤙
CHASE FLIGHT dirt bikes definitely help, I'm happy you made it stay safe
I'd say a good 75-80% of noobie riders drop or lowside a bike within 2 years of riding, and that's part of the whole "Liter bikes are bad for beginners". They just cost more to fix.
People are saying no first bike you can ride should be a 600.
I said fuck that.
I got no experience and driving a H 2 kawasaki.
Its all about respect
Ar Di bro an H2 .......holy crap
Vinzent Drew
Hahhahaha lol.
I was joking.
Im riding a yahama r6 as my first bike.
I say depending on your height and weight. You ain't gonna be no 6'2 weighing 260lbs riding no 600 bike be laboring too hard to move the weight.
Bruh you sound like me! "Shut yo mark ass up." I started last year on a 2013 Yamaha r1 first bike. Be safe Bruh.
drecartier ayy bruh, do you... it's all love from here. Ride your limits and you'll be Gucci
lol likewise bruh
I agree but the thing is alot of us young guys don't understand how to respect shit and think there rosi and die lol but I started off with a 900cc did fine, i mean crashed it and now im fucked but wasent my fault at all.
Blaze Moto what happened?
ok hes not gunna get bored of the power, but hes never gunna learn how to get the most from that bike and in the whole vid he did not surpass the top speed of a 400. so new riders do it if you want! but its not the riders move, its the posers move, this guy wont ever be able to hang with good 600 riders up twisties
MY FUKING INTERNET VIEWS!!! RAGE COMMENT!!!
On the freeway he was going 80-90 that is still less than a ninja 400's top speed, thank you for pointing that out.
lol, why would anyone want advice on riding or what bike to buy, from a kid who hasn't yet done any riding?
Owen Moss haha I mean, I can’t argue with that... 😆..... I’m just saying nobody will make my decisions for me
lol, fair enough mate. Stay safe, bro.
but what is the insurance like?
significant.brother $100 a month, full coverage
State Farm as my second vehicle
600 can kill just as quick . 250 or 300 cant get out of its own way .that will get you killed too . just get the bike you want just respect it . and don't ride with friends that will push you.
Song name is "Conquer hopex" don't forget to use it on one of your vids
Got me a GSX-S1000Z... MY FIRST BIKE.. I LOVE IT.. HATERS BE GONE!
not really in the same class
Congrats on your first bike. it's beautiful. bike. Glad you are happy with it. You do not need to get others approval for your choice as it is your right to do what you want with your life and money; however, this kind of video could cause very dangerous results. Not everyone will be able to afford liter bike with auto blip, abs having, wheelie controlling, and newbie babysitting bike. some brainless kid with no money might take your message to his heart and ends up with super bike from 1990s with no rider ade to take out minivan full of kids. I see guys who say you are wrong. Ignore them since it's your right, life and money. But do not encourage others with these kinds of videos to dangerous situation.
vashonmart good point
How tall are you mate?
Im in the same shoes as you man, bought a HP4 and im making my drivers lisence atm xD
David Mate Damn an HP4!
Why does this guy sound like a young Kevin Hart?
Great video bro
Salute big homie 👌👌👌 getting mine soon
Have you crashed your bike yet, If so how did you do it?
jermaine pearson I low sided a while back but I was wearing a suit and the bike basically slid on me lol. No real visible damage unless your look for it closely. Also at the track I got cut off and had a agricultural experience and hit a cone and took off part of my lower fairings. The bike still looks good and runs great 🤙
CHASE FLIGHT appreciate the honesty.
CHASE FLIGHT bro it happens. I started on a liter bike k5 GSXR and I crashed it within the first year. Shit happens.
