My titan 440i had only been serviced not too long ago, it started to lose pressure more and more as time went by and then wouldn't hold any pressure so I decided to fix it myself. According to your video and looking at the genuine parts I discovered the lower packing was different and there were 2 missing washers in my sprayer, whoever serviced it did a crappy job. Im so glad I did it properly myself watching your video step by step. I ordered the Titan packing kit, had to wipe off the old black grease and put fresh grease on everything, installed the 2 washers that were missing and the beaten up ball baring. Now it works perfect. Thank you very much for posting this video, you saved me money and now I can change the packing in less than 2 hours myself.
Graham Spencer I am glad that I was able to help you out. I will make one suggestion. If the lower ball was damaged, this could mean that your carbide ball seat is damaged. If in time, you have a pressure issue, check the lower ball for damage. If the ball is damaged, then the seat should be flipped over or replaced. The carbide seat is the thick "washer" that the ball sit on.
Excellent instructional video! You definitely know your stuff. The only issue I had was putting the piston back in. My vice wasn't wide enough and my ballpein hammer and wooden block didn't work (the wood started cracking). I finally got it when I used a 3 lb. hammer with a 1" diameter dowel rod...went right in.
F Chordas My sprayer sat idle for two years and would not pump even though it is immaculate inside and out. I think that the ball was stuck in the cage inside the piston. Anyway this video allowed me to dismantle and re assemble the fluid section and now it works. Saved me the cost of sending it to a repair shop.
Just wanted to let you know that thanks to your awesome knowledge and patience I saved lots of hundreds of dollars, took my 440i to a local shop they wanted to charge me $512... I watched your video, ordered my packings and I did it!!! Last night. Today i just made $700 with it. GRACIAS!!! THANKS YOU ARE THE BEST!
I am glad the video helped you and saved you money. Keep in mind that a certified service center will also check other items on your machine to ensure good and safe operation that prevents premature failure or safety problems.
Brian, this video was so helpful. Detailed and so descriptive. The audacity of whoever dropped that sprayer off, couldn’t believe what was behind that front cover! Thank you very much for sharing.

You all probably dont give a damn but does anyone know a way to log back into an instagram account? I somehow forgot the password. I would love any tips you can offer me.
@David Kenzo I really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and Im trying it out now. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
I recently repacked my 440 thanks to your video, then I ran about 10 gallons through it, then I removed the fluid section from the machine (had to fit equipment for a cabinet job into my Camry- 1800 miles each way), and didn't reassemble for about 60 days. After reassembly the pump wouldn't suck up any paint through the siphon tube. None. I removed the siphon tube, and one of the two o-rings on the tube had been destroyed when I had reassembled it. I replaced both o-rigs with OEM o-rings. Now the pump was able to suck up a small amount of paint, but it was only a very small amount of paint coming through the prime hose. Then I poured paint into the suction hose (probably about a 1/2 cup or so) and then the pump did push paint through the prime tube, and also the spray hose outlet nipple (I didn't have a spay hose attached). There was no paint on the piston, or anywhere else noticeable on the fluid section. None of the hoses are clogged. The o-ring on the foot valve that the pusher stem slides on to is good. The transducer is plugged in like it should be. I also blew compressed air through the prime hose to see if the prime valve was opening and closing like it should be. It was. What should be the next thing that I should look at?
First, use water when trying to figure out a problem. A lot less messy to deal with. Second, when you fill the suction hose, the material flowed through the outlet nipple and out the prime valve? If yes, then put a hose and gun on the machine. Set it up as if you are going to flush it with water. Fill the suction hose again, then drop it in the water bucket. Open prime valve, turn machine on. Once you see water come from the prime hose for about 10 seconds, turn prime valve off and see if it builds pressure.
@@jeffhaman9010 if everything was working good, then just stopped building pressure, most likely the upper or lower ball is stuck, or has a piece of trash stuck in it. Make sure the lower ball is free. Then check the upper ball. Do not remove the piston, just remove the ball retainer and seat. Remove the ball and make sure nothing is in the piston. Then reassemble.
Upper ball was stuck. Also, the piston had started to wear the lip on the lower part of the lower packing, and there was a piece of it hanging out in the foot valve area. It looked like part of a teflon o-ring or something, and I thought "oh crap, I did a bad job when I repacked it." Actually the upper ball was stuck, and the cage that it sat in had started to fail. I thought I took your advise and had ordered a Bedford repack kit (in January), but when it arrived in the mail, it wasn't labeled Bedford, it wasn't labeled with anything. It had shipped from MN, so I have no idea what it was. That kit included a plastic ball cage, and I used it, but thankfully I held on the the OEM metal composite ball cage. Thanks Brian for your help!
This guy did a great job explaning this,, But learn how to do this yourself Painters , Sherwin Williams will not take the time of cleaning the inside of the areas that need packed, I don't mean the outside, SW charge 300 bucks to do this simple job, But they will never clean it like YOU will , it takes them 20 minutes for this job, thats nice money and SW wants as many rigs to come in for this service... SW does bare minnium and ship it out the door, This was great video explaining this DIY , The paint is expensive enough, You can do this.. I learned the hard way before youtube. : )
Thise probably arnt as critical as like a head on a car i was just curious, because im going to repack my girfriends machine, thanks for your video though,i appreciate the fact you show real worl machine being worked on,awesome man.
Hi. I love your video. I use a Wagner 3.21 which is similar. do's the same kit work for my machine? can you put a link to the kit? thanks all was explained clearly.
Can you check the packings without replacing if they still look good? I had left insides of my sprayer not protected over a couple of winters and that resulted in the large ball rusting and pitting along with the foot valve housing that was badly rusted... The packings looked perfect, this is a unit that rarely gets used and prob has a total of 25 hours on it, if that... Does Bedford sell all these parts for the 440i? Also, what type of grease are you using for assembly?
@@fraydcat any kind of grease is good. The packing will come with grease if you get them. To check the packing, prime it. Once the system stops pumping under pressure, it should hold for 30 seconds before another stroke. It may stroke right after the prime valve is turned off a couple cycles but wait. If the pumping stops, packing are good. If it keeps stroking packing are bad
I like to thnk U for all your videeos my Buddy, hey a got a question ; my Titan 440 it has the yellow light on and motor does not run, do U think can be the Pressure traduser? I THNK u again
Most likely it is the transducer. If you have the impact series. It could be the small circuit board on the bottom. It is easiest to replace the transducer.
Thanks for making this video. I just finished repacking the fluid section, but the machine still won't prime or even take up any water out of the bucket. I didn't replace the piston, could this be causing no uptake through the suction hose? I also haven't replaced the prime valve. I ran out of product the other day and the machine started sucking air, so I got down the ladder and turned it off like I normally would. This time it wouldn't take anything up after that.
The piston has to be smooth with no damage. Before you do anything remove the pickup hose from the U shape tube. Lower this section in to a small pail with water. Start the machine and see if it will prime from there.
Good idea, why didn't I think of that. It sucked up water fine without the section assembly on. I reattached the suction assembly and it worked for a while. But has stopped working again. There was also some water leaking out from where it goes into the foot valve. Start hearing a couple loud knocking sounds inside the machine too, that can't be good. I'm a couple hours away from the closest Titan certified shop, but I may try to find one in town here. Thanks for all the help
@@fromthenorthwest exactly where was the water leaking from? If you have a leak, then that will draw air and prevent you from building pressure. Give me a bit more information.
@@Brian_the_repair_guy I'll take a look tomorow and see if i can pinpoint the leak. It seemed to be coming out somewhere near where the suction hose goes into the foot valve. I turned the pump off after i heard a couple loud knocking noises, almost like the piston was not in there straight or something. It ran for a couple minutes before the knocking started
Nice video. I dont have a sprayer yet but looking to get one. Im between the titan 440 or the graco 210. But I want something that I can overhaul when it needs to. Which one would you recomend from your experience working on this machines. Thank you.
If I were to make a recommendation, I would suggest the Graco 390PC. The cost is less than the Titan. The piston is almost twice as long as the Titan so it does not have to stroke as rapidly to do the same work.
The size depends on the year model of the 640. I typically use an adjustable wrench. I use a large one on the Impact series and a smaller adjustable wrench on the other series.
Hi Brian I was wondering if you sold replacement parts for a titan 440, I'm having issues finding a store that will order a part for me. I'm looking for the seal for the housing filter, it's the Teflon seal I need it cause without it paint pukes out of the bottom. I have looked on Amazon for the part either no luck.
I have a Titan 440. I just got it out to use after being stored for the winter. It primed the paint, it pressurized, but it won’t spray. I’ve take it all apart and cleaned and lubed everything. Any ideas on why it won’t spray? Is it the gun?
If the machine will pressurize but not spray, then you have a clog. Remove gun and check if the hose will free flow with water. If it does, the gun is clogged
When I say water will run through it, I mean from the hose through just the gun. If I prime water and try to spray it, it won't spray. But if I remove the gun from the hose, pull the trigger, and put the water hose at the base of the gun, water flows through it. So where is it clogged and how do I clean it?
@@jeffgautney so if water is running through the hose but not the gun, remove the handle where the filter is located and make sure the handle is not clogged. Look in the head where the handle screws on and make sure it is clean. Do not use sharp metal tools to clean it. It can damage the surface. Remove the tip and housing when you have cleaned it all and build pressure to maximum and pull trigger to push the rest of the clog out
wow this has been vary helpful. I have repacked a 440i that i picked up as junk. Just using water to test it wont hold pressure (leaks out prime tube). That is only if you turn it up all the way. The pump seams to work fine turned up about half and has a green light indicating low pressure. Thing is it seams to have plenty of pressure. Is it possible it needs to be calibrated? also I have replaced the prime valve. Great video thanks
If you turn the pressure all the way and the machine builds pressure and stops. Then everything should be good. The green light indicates the higher pressure. Again, of it builds pressure on max and the machine stops, everyrhing should be good. If I am missing something please let me know.
@@pgrickly you need to check the pressure that is being built. If the pressure does not exceed about 3500 psi, then you have an issue with the prime valve. It may not be tight enough, gasket may be bad, or the seat in the block is damaged. If the pressure is trying to exceed 3500 psi, then you are getting too much pressure, if that is the case, the transducer may need to replaced. The key right now, you need ro check the pressure.
will do. Also trying to make myself understood the leak is coming out at the prime tube hose. I will need to find a 4000 psi Gage and fasten it where i usually fasten my hose to the gun , correct?
Brian, this is a great video. So much better than those that are using brand new machines. I have successfully completed this, but my machine will not hold pressure. I hear air sucking down near the intake elbow at the bottom of the machine. Will that cause the machine to continue to run?
@@Brian_the_repair_guy The sound is constant and continues for a few seconds after I shut the machine off. I've cleaned, inspected and lubricated the o-rings where the elbow connects to the inlet. They seem to be in decent shape. If I can find the right size I will replace them. Any other ideas? Is this why the machine will not hold pressure? It builds pressure and stops running, but just for a second or two before it starts running again. Thanks!!
Can you tell if this occurs on the up or down stroke? I would check the lower ball for damage. Then remove the seat in the lower inlet housing and check the white O ring to ensure it is not damaged. Also look at the prime house to insure the pressure is not leaking through the prime hose.
I recently bought a titan impact 440 at an auction from a rental company, machine basically looks brand new doesn’t have a speck of paint on it but the issue I am having is the pressure dial constantly blinks yellow Evan when you turn the dial all the way up, which is indicating 0 to 250 psi and the machine doesn’t seem to be building pressure if this is a brand new machine that doesn’t appear to have ever been used but has been sitting for a couple years what could be causing the issue of not being able to build pressure or priming?
Thanks. Picked up an old 340, I have no idea if it even runs, looks in pretty rough shape, covered in dry paint and the gun looks completely neglected.
Brian Shumack Thanks man, your vid was good help. Spent a weekend rebuilding it and it pumps just fine now. Hose was beyond hope, gun needed a couple of parts, but now it's clean as a whistle and doing what it's supposed to. Thanks again.
George Karamolegos you can still purchase all the parts from a certified repair shop or Sherwin Williams. There can be problems with buying used parts. There are problems that may be hidden and cause the machine to not function properly.
Great video. I repacked my 440 and ran water thru it but its now leaking at alot of water at the top piston gasket. Do I need to just tighten the top part of the piston. thanks.
Brian Taylor did you examine the piston? If the piston has any scratches that will cause the piston to cause a leak. Replace the piston, failure to do so will damage the new packings. The Titan 440 uses piston 704-551.
Do you have any tips for fixing a Wagner 505? I picked one up today from an old painter . It turns on but it doesn't pump or prime or anything it just makes a buzzing noise when I turn it on.
@@groovygringo3747 somewhere on the machine you will find the complete model number. Google for the diaphragm of that model 505. Amazon would be a good place to look for it.
Brian Shumack no the motors just hum in place may turn a little and just stop revolving sorry I didn’t get back to you my notifications were off maybe the small capacitors idk don’t want to sink anymore money into them if the motor is burnt out or the electronics are shot thank you for responding
@@mikegrit937 I would suggest you disconnect the the fluid block. Turn the motor on. If it rotates, the block may be seized. If it does not, remove the brushes and look. If you have a 1/2" or more they are good. Then the motor is bad.
Hi there I have a problem with lower ball in Titan 440 what’s the forcing lowo ball to get damaged all the time, I replace them so many time , thanks??
The carbide seat is damaged. This would be the metal ring that the ball sits on. Take the ring out (looks like a fat washer) and flip it over and put a new ball in. You will need to tap it out from the bottom side. Flip the whole housing over and you will see the carbide seat edge in the hole. Tap it and push it through.
Brian I repacked my 440i everything went smoth as your video. I followed all the directions step by step but the sprayer is not pumping at all. Any suggestions on what tu check? Motor turns but it doesnt suck paint at all.
coronadoegsi remove the pick up tube from the bottom and stick your finger in to make sure the ball is free moving. Take a large cup full of water and place the pick up in the cup without the pick up hose. Open the prime valve and turn the machine on. If it pulls water, stop and reassemble. If it does not, tap the metal tube (fluid section) with a hammer 4 or 5 times, while it is running in the water. If it does not pick up after that, remove the lower fluid section a d check the upper ball to make sure it is free.
Brian Shumack I just did all that. The ball is free the packing looks all good in place is all tight but still not sucking any water. I dont see what else could I check ? The piston ball maybe ?
coronadoegsi yes, check the piston ball. When you check to see of the machine primes, do it without the pick up tube. Put a large cup of water under the fluid section.
Any idea what size the o-ring is (titan 440) is on the siphon elbow? I can't find a replacement in town, and hoping that an auto parts store can help me out.
@@Brian_the_repair_guy It is the 440 stand unit. It's the 1st o-ring that comes in contact with the pump when you're pushing the suction tube/hose back into the pump. Titan part # 9871105 which replaces the old part # of 704-121 www.ereplacementparts.com/oring-siphon-elbow-p-841656.html

If the paint is in the bearings you must remove the motor from the crank case, pull the gears. Did the paint get in the connecting rod only, or did it get in the bearings of the drive gear also?
It was the upper ball that was welded to the seat. I cleaned the ball, cage, seat and piston with 0000 fine steel wool and it is running smoothly! Thanks for the advise keep up the good work.
That poor machine looks like it's 30 years old 😝. I just bought a clean 440 Impact for a great price, but it does not prime. With this vid I'll get it going😎. I'm assuming that all the dried paint was the reason u needed to beat on the parts to get them off and normally this would not be required when u perform a repacking? The 440 seems like a very durable unit given all the abuse it seems to take?
fyi make sure you have the fluid valve" level.." in the vice ,putting packings in and use a socket the size of the packings to put packings in as well, just like you would a bearing . and clean the inside of your rig before you do this. but hey just my 2 cents
@@jon-xq2lc Thank you. It turns out the 440 impact that I bought had dried paint on the larger ball bearing that prevented it from moving and a clogged gun filter. I replaced the filter and freed the ball and it works great.
Hey Brian- I'm finding it impossible to dial in the pressure for a brand new (actually I've tried two new ones, a 308 and 310, purchased a year apart) fflp tip. The machine is running well. I've switched guns. I've put in new gun filters. I don't use the filter on the pump. It looks like I'm getting a good spray pattern if the machine hasn't ran for a bit, but it goes to crap immediately after that. Any idea what the issue is?
@@Brian_the_repair_guy The machine runs as I expect it would when using a tip this small (308). The motor kicks on every few moments. The pattern of the fan is very fingery.
My unit wont't prime or siphon up paint, I believe it needs to be repacked as I have already set the lower ball loose from the seat, still does not work. Thanks for the vid I'll let you know what happens next
Alexis Gonzalez there is also an upper ball that could be stuck as well. If you are not sure about the procedure on how to check this, contact me prior to your repack.
hello Brian what is the difference on changing the packing on a 600 titan contractors pump,i think my packing needs changing cause when i am priming i see a little water coming from the top under where you oil the gun.
There is not much difference in the repack process. Once you get into it you will notice how similar they are. if you have water coming out, check your piston for pressure cutting. If you see any scaring, replace the piston.
Chuck H thanks for the question, but I don't discuss pricing for labor and parts. The reason for this, every area is different. If I were to give a price, it would be based on the cost of living in this area. If you take that info to say, New York, where the COL is much higher, then the cost seems low. On the other hand, that cost would seem extremely high in an area with a much lower COL. What I will say is, I charge 1 hour labor plus parts on most machines. The labor increases to as much as 2 hours on larger or gas powered machines.
Ronnie Jabar my first thought would be the transducer. If the transducer is bad, the machine will light the LED but with usually not turn the motor on. Depending which 440 you have the transducer part number will vary. The most common part is 704-492.
Randolph Mccray 704-297 or 560-038. One of these O rings need to be replaced in the filter base. If you have the large filter housing, approximately 2" in diameter use part 704-297. If you have the small filter housing, approximately a 1" diameter, use part 560-038. When you remove the housing check the very end. Make sure their is no scratches or scaring. That could be the cause and would require replacement. When installing the O ring, do not use sharp or metal tools. That could damage the O Ring. Make sure you take note to which groove the O ring comes from to ensure you install it in the correct one.
@@GaryRobertson-bv1hg could be bad packings, but before I would jump to that it could be trash in the pump or bad prime valve. I have a video labeled loss of pressure. Check that one before going to a repack

Ron Nash the transducer is either hung up, or it is the older style that has the long wire. Remover the 4 screws at the pressure control. Pull the panel and you will see either a jumper wire with a large connector or the long wire transducer plugged in. Disconnect at the jumper or at the board.
For all your digging on Chinese parts 440s are made in China like most other Titan. I like Graco but TriTech makes the best pumps, no comparison between a 440 and a TriTech T4 night and day difference in quality.
My "digging on Chinese parts" has never been directed at the manufacture of spray equipment. Is has always been directed at after market parts for service and repair. With that said, yes there was a time when a few, not like "most other Titans" as you stated, were produced in China. The 400, 440, 540, 640 were produced in China for a short time. Titan found that production did NOT meet their quality control or expectations of users and certified repair shops. They no longer produce or assemble their products in China. As with almost every manufacturer today, Titan does use parts that are manufactured outside the US to Titans specifications, but they are assembled in The US by Titan. I stand by my comment of Chinese junk in reference to service parts in the aftermarket. My videos are made to aid an owner in maintenance of their machines as closely to the manufacturers recommendations as possible. If someone chooses to play Russian roulette with Chinese junk, that is their choice.
@@Brian_the_repair_guy I agree. I stopped selling Titan years ago and don't really service them at all anymore, Sherwin sold them the pump so let them ship it off for service. TriTech and Graco are the only quality products I would consider. Hopefully we see more manufacturers return to USA in the next decades! Btw I don't have complete sales numbers but I would wager models 440-640 are in the neighborhood of 75% of Titan sales
Brian Shumack yea I'm not looking for the seat itself those are for sell but i'm looking for the valve where the seat goes, for some crazy reason the seat broke and endup damaging the valve so I need to find one, do you know if any other machine is interchangeable? thanks for the quick reply
Jorge duarte I am not sure what part you are looking for. The "seat" or "valve" is the carbide "washer" that the ball sits on. The housing that holds that part is call the "seat housing" or "foot valve housing" or the "inlet housing"
Dave Paulec you can use any kind of grease. I would avoid high temp grease. Most kits will come with a small tube of grease. If it did not, then any type of grease is fine.
I’m about to take my 440i apart. It hasn’t been used much, is 6yrs old and I clean it very well each use (remove tower filter, gun head/filter and flush till perfectly clear) and I keep it oiled with TSL. I don’t use it very much since I Paint apartments and have a smaller rig I prefer (old Sherwin Spray Tech I think...label is wore off). I went to use the titan today and it won’t pull water. Removed intake tube and Ball is freely moving. Ugh. I never used the prime valve except during cleaning to assure a good flushing. I’m going to check that plastic cage bearing/ball. I’m guessing that’s the Achilles heel here.
Bob SoloMan usually when a machine sits for a long period the upper and lower ball will stick. You have already freed up the lower ball. The upper ball can be freed by removing the lower ball housing. Look up inside the fluid section and you will see a hexagonal hole in the piston. Easily slide a small screwdriver in the hole until you touch the ball. Then put pressure on the ball till the ball loosens. When you reattach the lower housing put a bit of water in it, then screw it on. Remove your pressure hose and try priming it up. Be aware when it primes is will spew water from the hose fitting. When you store the machine, pump RV antifreeze in the machine. This will help prevent this.
Chuck H some look at it as a time issue. Is their time better spent cleaning the machine or working the job. To each person, the answer is different. But, I ask that question to myself many times.
That was not the proper way of installing a piston into the pump block. You’re misinformation will cause clients into damaging packings. If you were Titan certified, you’d know that. Bedford parts WILL cause someone to void the warranty as well. I’d be mighty upset if a Technician didn’t “clean and inspect” my parts before the unit was reassembled and given the clean bill of health as well. Brutal video

@@Brian_the_repair_guy I let the water come out of the prime hose for 10 seconds, flipped the prime valve, but the pump wouldn't build pressure.
It looked like part of a teflon o-ring or something, and I thought "oh crap, I did a bad job when I repacked it."
Actually the upper ball was stuck, and the cage that it sat in had started to fail. I thought I took your advise and had ordered a Bedford repack kit (in January), but when it arrived in the mail, it wasn't labeled Bedford, it wasn't labeled with anything. It had shipped from MN, so I have no idea what it was. That kit included a plastic ball cage, and I used it, but thankfully I held on the the OEM metal composite ball cage. can you put a link to the kit? thanks all was explained clearly.
I need the full model number of the machine
Excellent video
I hope you found it helpful
Thankyou. For ur video.
Hey, great video. Do you have a link to the bedford kit you use?
I'm just curious to know if anything actually has recommended torque specs like pump housing bolts to housing or maybe the upper packing nut
@@errolpippin6036 each manufacturer has their own specs for torque.
What’s the best tool and correct size to remove the Manifold Filter on a Titan 640. Thank You!!
Derek
The size depends on the year model of the 640. I typically use an adjustable wrench. I use a large one on the Impact series and a smaller adjustable wrench on the other series.

@@Brian_the_repair_guy Water will flow through the gun so how do I unclog it? Thoughts?
If i turn it past about half it looses pressure through the prime tube.
I will need to find a 4000 psi Gage and fasten it where i usually fasten my hose to the gun , correct?
thanks a bunch
Brian, this is a great video. So much better than those that are using brand new machines. I have successfully completed this, but my machine will not hold pressure. I hear air sucking down near the intake elbow at the bottom of the machine. Will that cause the machine to continue to run?
If you hear a "hissing" sound as the machine slows down on the stroke, try and determine if it is the up or down stroke. This will help.
I am sorry for the delay. YT is slow about notifying of comments. My first thought is the transducer needs replacing. I have a video on how to.
1:40 LOL right on buddy...

how much do you usually charge a customer to do a repack and replace the piston?
Chuck H thanks for the question, but I don't discuss pricing for labor and parts. The reason for this, every area is different. If I were to give a price, it would be based on the cost of living in this area. If you take that info to say, New York, where the COL is much higher, then the cost seems low. On the other hand, that cost would seem extremely high in an area with a much lower COL. What I will say is, I charge 1 hour labor plus parts on most machines. The labor increases to as much as 2 hours on larger or gas powered machines.

I have a Titan 440. I turn the switch on, power comes on but the motor doesn’t turn. Can you recommend anything? Thanks.
Ronnie Jabar my first thought would be the transducer. If the transducer is bad, the machine will light the LED but with usually not turn the motor on. Depending which 440 you have the transducer part number will vary. The most common part is 704-492.
Hello Brian my 440 Titan is leaking at the manifold is that a washer issue or what thank you
Randolph Mccray 704-297 or 560-038.
Make sure you take note to which groove the O ring comes from to ensure you install it in the correct one.
how long the packaging lasts?
Depends on what paints you use. Usually 1000 gallons. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
thank you

Brian Shumack thank you, sir. I appreciate your videos and your amazingly quick reply, as well as your expertise.
Bob SoloMan I am glad I could help you out. I hope your machine gets up an running quickly.
People really mistreated that sprayer. If they paid what i paid for my 440 15ys ago they wouldn't be treating it like that.
This is typical of most sprayers that come in the shop.
I think I bought my 440 about 12 years ago on sale at SW. The price is about the same today.
I don't understand why people neglect their pumps to that extent.
Chuck H some look at it as a time issue. Is their time better spent cleaning the machine or working the job. To each person, the answer is different. But, I ask that question to myself many times.
useing wrench back to front
I think that wrench is to small
I tried to find a larger one but had no luck.
Hi
😟😧 sloppy work!!! But with experience 🧐😂
I am always open to opinions, even when they are wrong. Thanks for watching.
Mi maquina enpeso a tira agua cuando la linpio que puedo aser ?
de donde viene el agua
De de donde le subes la presión
That was not the proper way of installing a piston into the pump block. You’re misinformation will cause clients into damaging packings. If you were Titan certified, you’d know that. Bedford parts WILL cause someone to void the warranty as well.
I’d be mighty upset if a Technician didn’t “clean and inspect” my parts before the unit was reassembled and given the clean bill of health as well.
Brutal video
Thank you for your insight. I am always open to new ideas and information, no matter how wrong they may be.
YOU DONT NEED TO BE REBUILDING MACHINE? SO YOUR IN SOME SPECIAL GROUP THEN? GOOD GOOD FOR YOU
Everyone has their opinions, even when they are wrong. You have a great day.
