    Thanks guys, I caught the Starter Bundle with the 50% off January sale & am so pumped to start addressing my ankle/hip mobility that's been causing me to fall-over backwards when squatting & finally be able to begin barbell-squatting etc

    This is great - I’ve been looking at an option to send signal either from a snake or soundboard to a separate room for livestream audio thru a DAW. This would work for that, correct?

    So the order of workout routines should be
    Anabolic
    Performance
    Aesthetics
    ??? I thought Performace was third in line.

      correct it's An. > Perf. > Aesth.

    Can Maps Anabolic be done once and then move forward to the next one? and make a cycle such as: anabolic -> Performance -> Aesthetics -> repeat cycle or stick on the same program one more time then move to another one?

    I got maps aesthetics and I just finished phase 1, 3 weeks - really liking it but I'm struggling to stick to the rest times, I end up working out for over 2 hours .. I've increased the weight every session and making really good strength gains but I end up taking just a bitt more rest time especially for the initial exercises.. you think it was less effective at all? I'm working out from home so I technically have the time lol but it's tiring as hell. Looking forward to the hypertrophy phase 👌🏼

    I find the trigger sessions almost pointless I mean we do five trigger sessions and only two fall work outs for the first few weeks. Trigger sessions barely stimulate the body.

      they are to improve regen not to stimuate

      Stick with it. I’ve noticed less soreness when incorporating trigger sessions
