These guys literally opened my eyes. I added trigger sessions into my workouts and saw a considerable difference within just 2 weeks, so I definitely recommend it :) You are awesome, guys!
I listen to you guys almost daily. I have worked out most of my life. So learning how to do it better with you all!! Thank you. I incorporate all your suggestions and have learned so much. Thank you
I enjoy trigger sessions because if I'm itching to go lift and I know it's not time to hit that muscle hard yet, the trigger session satisfies that hunger to go fuck myself up.
How should we utilise the anabolic effect of the trigger sessions? For example, if I do deadlifts on Mondays. Do I trigger deadlift on Thursday/Friday, or on Tuesday? So, trigger at the centre of two deadlift sessions, or as close following the session as possible?
Runners have been doing this for decades, right? I would always alternate hard workouts and recovery runs in my marathon training. It wasn't focused on "muscle building signal" per se, but bringing blood to the leg muscles for faster recovery while giving you another cardio workout.
If you do two trigger sessions in a day, do you just do the same thing? Or do like a chest back and shoulder trigger and then later do a bi/tri and legs one?
So we do the trigger session of the respected muscle we did a day or two before in the gym? Like say I did - shoulders on Wednesday and I do a trigger session on Fri or Sat? Is that right?
when you guys say full body work outs , do you mean working out every body part in 1 work out 3 days a weeks? Do I do a lighter weight and do more sets or less sets? Right now I do a split work out but I want to maximize muscle definition and mass. On Monday I do chest ,abs, calfes 4 sets 15 rep. Tuesday shoulders, upper and lower back abs. Wednesday Arms and legs. How do I full body work out and incorporate the trigger sessions ?
How do these differ from exercise "snacks" like when you are in a confined space, cannot go out and simply do push ups, like one set of 25 every hour of so, to take your mind of work?
hell yeah im here in 2021 :D Hows anabolic? Was thinking about buying it but one the other hand im already doing a very similar routine. Just withouth these trigger session, thats why im here :)
@@Dan-sw8tg anabolic is great. I have lifted for 15 years and have used anything from 5x5, starting strength, Wendler, etc. MAPs Anabolic, and MAPs aesthetics are great.

Did you do the anabolic map program?
My wife and I just bought our first programs. We started Anabolic this week. Thank you for posting this.
How'd you and your wife do with Anabolic? I will be getting started soon 🔥

Adam looks HUGE, in the best way lol. Thanks guys, starting my first phase of MAPS this week!
Would this be good later in the day on every day that I go to the gym, or is it best to do it on off days?
Thanks Mind Dudes, makes sense now.
Can you do these trigger sessions with light dumbbells?
For example, 15x bicep or hammer curls with light weight
Yes
Yeah but light
Excellent info. Great vlog as well. Love talks channel because it's clean, great discussion, and y'all do a great job presenting.
Can u suggest some exercises for trigger session
If you do two trigger sessions in a day, do you just do the same thing? Or do like a chest back and shoulder trigger and then later do a bi/tri and legs one?
Would you see any benefit from BFR while doing banded trigger sessions?
Going to start trigger sessions today 🔥💪🖤
Fantastic concept!
About how many reps should I aim for with each trigger session?
10-18 reps, 3 sets, 1-3 times a day
Can someone tell me why this is different than light weighted compound lifts?
How many times should do trigger sessions per week?
Use blood flow restriction training for trigger sessions?
I would like to know this as well ☝🏽
Rich piana was the first to do this and put this on RUclips. He called it feeder reps because you feed the muscle with fresh nutrients, oxygen etc
The same muscle throughout the day? Or changing the muscle?
cable instead of resistance band?
Justin is my ideal physique. Wow look at those shoulders and biceps
So RPE 5 exercises a couple times a day??
6:26 “five-ten minutes, 2-3 times a day.”
Glad I watched this because I feel guilt over it not being enough or hard enough 😮, or not burning a bunch of calories ..

sajeev sarathi 👌🏼
what if i did my hole body?
So, how many sets of each exercise 2-3 times a day?
feeder workouts.... same thing rich piana came up with

Yeah full body 3x a week
And trigger sessions on day offs
Where do we send questions for the podcast Q&A? Is it on the private forum? Never heard you guys say where to submit the questions
Jimmy B you can submit them to us on our QUAH post on @MindPumpRadio on IG

hhheeeeeeeellll yeah!! Thanks guys. Very useful information. Now please excuse me... gostu trigger these gains!
Have you ever experimented with just having trigger sessions as the main workout for busy individuals?
They have a MAPS program for that… MAPS15
would not recommend. you need to build strength which is incredibly difficult for this. ofc something is better than nothing thi
Do you get that with maps? Like trigger session in between workouts days?
This just a version of Nucleus Overload
This shit changed my physique
You guys need some art on those walls!
3:39 - is it several 5-10 sessions a day? Like 3 trigger sessions each 10 minutes (30 minutes total) or a total of 10 minutes for the whole day?
5-10 mins per session
What about burpees?
1 set of high reps?
Adam is a big boi
This is awesome
Almost like a warm up?
Great Idea!!
can i get these resistance bands of your brand in Dubai??
Crystal Shine I assume you can get anything in Dubai. It’s fuckin Dubai! Hahaha
so basically just grease the groove :)
Anyone here in 2021 ? Just started 'anabolic' 🤑

Never thought the guy in the middle was so small
You guys so knowedable and polite, zero talking over each other. Its actually mad listening to such a reasoned conversation
I’m triggered by this
Why does adam look gigantic and sal look so small???😂
When I do a trigger session, I just trigger myself by saying, "There's only 2 genders and they don't change.". Boom! Triggered.
Does that count?
🤯
bollox
Get a landscaping job. It's like CrossFit except they pay you.
These guys are shills
