After detecting problems... My PC tells me "show me the list of available networks" or "skip this step" after skipping... It says to close the troubleshooter ... The other step takes me to further something... Please tell me what to do next

Whenever I go to the list of wifis to forget it, the one I’m having trouble connecting to doesn’t even pop up
Still not working I have diagnosed and clicked on apply to fix but still not connecting , actually my pc is able to connect to Ethernet and mobile hotspot but not with same router’s Wi-Fi , i don’t know why ?

when I saw the internet and put the password it tell me can't connect to this network
then I waited a few of minutes and the network disappeared.
Why?

It's not working bro..my mobile hotspot connected in all labtop except my laptop(dell)..then my laptop also connected to all wifi except my mobile (oppo).what is the reason for this problem..and moreover i tried all tricks .The main problem was it's not shown my mobile hotspot in laptop
