I have only just gotten the Volca Drum, and keep getting surprised at the sounds it can make. (Just got the MS-70CDR+ as well.) They are gonna play nice with my Roland S-1. 🙂
Thanks for the tip about the tempo change using Global Parameters!

Just found your channel while browsing the r/rolandaira subreddit and seeing some vids. Great stuff!

Your jams gave me such an inspiration- I immediately ordered a volca drum 🤩 and waiting for the new model of this multi effect to be released 😊❤

I'm flattered! ❤ I hope you'll enjoy it. It can be intimidating, but it's a lot of fun to play around with (and more so when you can experiment with external effects).

can i ask how you got the tempo of the volca so low? i have mine set to the minimum speed and its still running twice as fast as yours

What you need to do is go into the Global Parameters, then change "Tempo range settings" to full. That changes the BPM range from 56-240 (which is the factory setting) to 10-600.
Search for the Korg Volca drum user manual online to see how you can get into the Global Parameters.
      Hope that helps. 👍
