Hello, once I put the torching bar on the rear. The 2 screws I took out do they screw back into the 2 blocks one each side one they go through the side panels. Thanks for your help

Yes, those screws you took out will go back in the same way to the new torsion bar mount to secure it to the chassis.

You can take the spring off the shock with the torsion bar setup.
