As someone who was a born again, bible believing, evangelical & pentecostal christian, I turned my back on this about 15+ years ago and spent many years with a gaping void in my life where this belief, faith and way of life had once been. Then about 5 years ago I started attending Synagogue every Shabbat and mid week Shiur. What a revelation and an eye opening, mind expanding experience. My Rabbi is a magnificent Torah Teacher. I have been accepted and made to feel so welcome by the Jewish Community I belong to and also by the Rabbi. I would dearly love to convert but as my wife wouldn’t want to convert, it is not possible. As such I have been looking into Noahide and I definitely have found my place in Judaism, for this moment in time. I must also state for the record, I haven’t found a people who are burdened by the “LAW” but what I have discovered is an an amazing source of grace and love and more than I ever found in church. I want to follow a Noahide life but with more. I want to live as much as I can an Orthodox Noahide life. Why? I can’t explain it, it’s a feeling, a burning inside me to associate myself more closely with my local Orthodox Jewish Community and with Orthodox Jews around the world and to obey HaShem because that is what I have to do. But not just because I think it’s the right thing to but because HaShem commands that I do it and I want to obey HaShem. I am on the first steps of my journey and I don’t know where it will lead me but I know it’s the right journey to be on and along the way learn more about Torah, Tanach and the Oral Teachings of the Sages and the Rabbis. Is Noahide right, wrong or indifferent, who really knows. It it isn’t, if none of it is, what harm will I have done to myself? Nothing! But I will have had the pleasure and joy of living a life in the way that I believe my G-d is telling me to live and that makes me very, very happy. Baruch HaShem.

I understand your feelings completely!!! Know that you aren't alone. I think there are a lot of us out there who are kind of "stuck". I love my husband more than anything, he is Noahide as well (we managed to escape xtianity after a very long journey of asking far too many questions than the church was comfortable with) but he's not at the place where he would wish to pursue conversion either. So, my love for him dictates that I am Noahide for this season of our lives. Be blessed in your journey.

If the concept of the “Noahide” was so important, why would Moses write Exodus 12:49 “One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourns among you.” Every teaching I’ve watched on Noahide, not one Rabbi has given scripture that has been clear on this topic.
"sojourns among you" - lives in your lands. However, Noahides live all over the planet. Seems obvious that Jewish (Hebrew) observances are to be kept among Hebrew lands. Though, the Noahide laws still apply throughout the world as they were in existence long before the calling out of the Hebrew people at Sinai.

Rejection of the Oral Law From a Karaite Perspective 1) Throughout the Hebrew Bible, the word Torah (in the sense of the body/corpus of Divine Instruction) is always used in the singular. Were the Mishnah a genuine (oral) Torah, surely somewhere in the Scriptures the existence of two torot (Torahs) would have been mentioned at least once. On the other hand the Rabbanites specifically claim that there are two Torahs, the written Torah and the Oral Torah. Yet the term Torah, when meaning 'collection of divine instruction,' never appears in the plural in the entire Tenakh. All we read about in the Tenakh is a singular Torah of Moses, never the Torahs of Moses 2) Throughout the six divisions of the Mishnah there is a lack of the Biblical formula, "And YHWH spoke to Moses and Aaron." Instead in the Mishnah it is written "Rabbi so-and-so said to Rabbi so-and-so." The Mishnah is thus clearly the words of men. 3)The Tenakh reports that the written Torah was both lost and forgotten for over 50 years and only rediscovered by the Temple Priests (2Kings 22:8, 2 Chronicles 34:15). It is inconceivable that an oral law could have been remembered (it’s very large) when even the written Law was forgotten - especially since the "Oral Law" is dependent on the Written Law to derive its full meaning. 4) The Rabbis claim that the "Oral Law" was given on Mount Sinai as the official interpretation of the Torah. Yet if one actually looks at the Mishnah and Talmud they are full of the opinions of Rabbis who disagree with each other on almost every issue. The Rabbis explain that whenever there are such disagreements, "both opinions are the words of the living God." While it is possible for two learned individuals to reach differing binding conclusions, reason dictates that at least one of them is wrong. We maintain that it is unreasonable to believe that God would consistently contradict himself. 5) The Rabbis contend that the "Oral Law" was given to Moses at Mt Sinai. This is hard to believe since the Torah itself was not given in its entirety to Moses and the Israelites at Mt Sinai. Rather, it was given to the Israelites in a series of revelations over a period of 40 years in the desert. Each revelation took a form similar to that in the following verse: "And YHWH spoke unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai in the second year of their going out from the land of Egypt in the first month saying..." (Numbers 9:1) If the Rabbis are correct this means that Moses learned the "Oral Law" and its explanation of key verses before he learned these key verses! Textual Reasons for the rejection of the "Oral Law" The logical objections to the "Oral Law" would be meaningless if they were not supported by sound textual evidence. Below are a few of the many examples that demonstrate that the Written Law stands alone as God's instruction to the Israelites: 1) The YHWH, Your God, will make you most prosperous . . . for YHWH will again rejoice over you for good, as He rejoiced over your father; if you shall hearken to the voice of YHWH your God, to keep his commandments which are written in this book of the Torah. (Deuteronomy 30:9-10) 2) And Moses wrote this Law, and delivered it unto the priests, sons of Levi...(Deuteronomy 31:9) 3) When all Israel is come to appear before your God in the place which he shall choose you shall read this law before all Israel in their hearing. (Deuteronomy 31:11) 4) This book of the Law (Torah) shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein. (Joshua 1:8) 5) After that, he read all the words of the Law, the Blessing and the Curse, just as is written in the Book of the Law. There was not a word of all that Moses had commanded which Joshua failed to read in the presence of the entire assembly of Israel, including the women and children and the strangers who accompanied them (Joshua 8:34-35) This last verse could stand alone in summing up the entire Karaite argument. It explicitly states that Joshua read every single word that Moses commanded. To "read" something implies it is written down. In this case, the verse indicates that he read the text "Just as is written." Had Moses given the Israelites a second "Oral" Torah, Joshua would not have been able to "read" all the words that Moses had commanded. Furthermore, Verse 1 states that the only thing we need to do for YHWH to rejoice over us is to follow the written commandments. This negates the importance of an alleged "Oral Law." For God would not give an "Oral Law," which as the Rabbis claim is religiously binding, and then negate its importance. Collectively these verses show that the Israelites received one law from YHWH, all of the words of the law were written so that they may be read aloud and followed by the nation of Israel to gain favor with YHWH.
You do realize that karorites have their own Oral unwritten law too? Only mystical inclined believe that God gave two Torahs on Mt Sinai. Specifically the "oral law" is the rulings of the men of the great assembly, later known as the Sanhedrin. The court is divinely authorized but the rulings are man made. Every studied Jew knows this. The oral law is fallible and less authoritative than the Written Torah. It is by this dual set of instructions that Israel, the nation, governed itself for thousands of years. Christianity seems to be naive to the fact that Israel had an actual government with an actual judicial system, consisting of 70+ men, that was centered on God and his commandments. Heck there is an entire book titled "judges" (of this historical court). If anyone thinks this court is evil and in violation of Torah, try finding any source in the Tanakh where God condemns or has anything bad to say about it. Good luck

@@hummerwisdom Good points. I think James makes the point that faith and works go hand and hand. Faith without works is dead. But Paul made it clear that reliance on works of the law without the saving faith in Jesus is like being clothed in filthy rags. I think it is important that while we do those good works we always remind ourselves that it is by grace we are saved and not by those works.

I notice from the Bible that Jewish women had similar status to muslim women - ie. a woman's witness was disregarded in court, and, if a woman married a man and the man died and they did not have children, she had to marry his brother. I once went to a Jewish conversion process and one of the things that put me off is that in the orthodox judaism the men have a prayer that thanks God they were born a male. The following are serious questions: 1) Re: the laws against idolatry and blasphemy, are non-Jews required even to worship G-d or need they merely (1) not worship any idols or other gods and (2) not blaspheme G-d? It seems only this is required, but is that correct? 2) Re: the law against sexual morality, how is this interpreted? Can one have sex before marriage? Can one masturbate? Or does this law mean you can only have sexual relations with one's spouse? 3) Re: the law against eating the limb of a living animal? Is this the most important law to include, given that the Noahide laws contain no prohibitions against bearing false witness or, say, owning slaves? 4) No murder nor theft seem pretty clear. 5) What does it mean for the individual to "establish courts of justice"? The problem is the bible mentions no covenant with Noah other then the rainbow symbolizes that God would not create a great flood again. So the Rabbis (and this specific Rabbi) claiming that there is a Noahide covenant of 7 laws for those who are not of the 12 tribes of Israel is simply their own interpretation which why should anyone listen to their interpretation when clearly reading the bible no mention of this covenant is mentioned. It would be no different if a Christian Pastor interprets the bible to claim it says that I have to believe in Jesus but when I look at the bible clearly that is interpretation and certainly not there for me to see.

All Torah that is applicable applies to the Gentile as well as the Jew since Messiah has enabled the commonwealth of Israel through his death and resurrection. It has always been so though for Jew and the Stranger (Gentile) believer according to Torah but it is and was the Rabbis that try to keep both out of the truth by creating Oral Law, Noahide law, Judaism which tries to make Torah and the everlasting covenant void for all who believe. lev 24:22 Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am Yahuah your Eloha. (and Numbers 15:16, 29) We have an everlasting covenant between Abraham and Yahuah. It is Messiah Yahushuah who has confirmed this covenant by his death and resurrection. No will or testament promising inheritance is effective without the death of Messiah. We are then the inheritors who believe in the testator and keep the everlasting covenant. FACT: You can not find the listing of these 7 laws anywhere in the Old Testament. You can study and find these principles and more, but a 7 Law listing is no where to be found. When I study Genesis I find more than 7 principles. For example, honoring your parents, abstaining from acohol intoxication, charity, and remembering the sign of the rainbow ... all of these things are mentioned by the Rabbi. Yet Non-Jews who were righteous kept them. I just think it is dangerous to place a number like 7 on what you must do to be righteous :/
There are 7 principles, laws... but they are categories. For example, there are 10 commandments and 613 Mizvahs (ways to fulfill the commandments) for Jewish people. In the Noahide laws there are 7, but they break down into 66 Noahide Mizvahs, if you will. I knew that Avram was the first Hebrew but I did not know he was the first Jew. I thought there were no Jews until Hashem gave Moishe the Torah on Har Sinai. Remember the girl that was raped when the father sons and the girl went to a party, and they were told afterward they'd have to be circumsized and follow their God. According to the mishnah Torah and not agadah, the noahide laws only apply to non covenanted individuals who want to live in or travel through covenanted lands. It was the method used to adjudicate those who were not part of Israel. It can only be enforced when there is a legitimate sanhedrin and a standing temple. If you love God and obey his commandments just convert. Otherwise you will be misled by this new modern religion called Noahide.

G-d judges intent as well as outcome so I suspect "accidental" obedience would hardly count as being righteous which implies a deliberate choice of good over wickedness. However, this is just my opinion, I am certainly not a Torah scholar or a Rabbi.

And they usually never heard of the 7 laws per se. How many actual Noachides are there in the world? As many as ten thousand? Are the billions of other Gentiles failing to obtain a share in the world to come? If so, it would seem that we Jews have completely failed them, because we knew about the 7 laws for thousands of years and didn't teach them..

Thankfully any born again Spirit filled saint will keep the Noachides and a lot more. Our Ethical standards as Rabbi Jacob Emden has noted are higher than those of some Rabbis and that why we don't need all the extra laws and especially not all that stuff the different kinds of Rabbi add as obligations to their disciples. We Noahides have similar problems to the Rabbis. The Rabbi have decided there are 613 mitzvot in the Torah. It is a nice number but because there are a lot more than that each group of Rabbis need to decide which out of the thousands of the mitzvt in the Torah of Yahuah to include or to exclude, they do not agree with one another. In the same way the Rabbis do not agree with each other on which commandments make up the seven noachide laws. The disagreements go back to the Talmud and the Toseftah. What Rabbis tend to do today is to harmonize. When one Rabbi gives one set of seven and another Rabbi gives another set of seven, they starti adding them up so that the seven end up as seventy in some cases. Another problem is that some Rabbi think the number was 30. So what is a Noahide to do? Well if his narrative is that Cristianity must be rejected at all casts, I would say his best bet is to choose a Rabbi and try to listen to him and make sense of his narrative and close his ears to the other narratives. I think a better solution is to confess with your mouth the Lord Yehoshua (Like Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri) and believe in your heart G-d raised him from the dead, and you shall be saved. This salvation will mean the Rucahch ha Kodesh will begin to live in you and give you the circumcision of the heart which even the Rabbi today need to keep the 613. Although the Chabad's line is "Keep the Seven go to Heaven" but we saints in Messiah Yeshua keep way higher standards than the seven Noahide laws. Bear in mind each Rabbi will read the Noahide laws his own way and turn the 7 into 30 or 70 depending on his own narrative which controls his life. Every born again Spirit filled saint can help the Messiah less Noahides to come closer to the truth.! Welcome to the resurrected Messiah! Noahide laws are not from GOD. There are two commandments that JESUS told Christians, love god with all your heart soul and mind and love your neighbor. JESUS is the Messiah. He was missed, but a remnant will be Saved. Salvation is only through JESUS Christ. The saddest thing is that through everything, GOD loves the jewish people, therefore JESUS loves the jewish people. I have great respect for Rabbi Chaim. I respect the idea of a previous covenant set up by G-d with mankind because it's a simple deduction from the Scripture of the Torah of Moshe. This covenant must have had the same principles as the Abrahamic one simply because G-d is the same.BH.However I do not "interpret" or elaborate on it more than I can see in the Written Word. I consider the sages mostly helpful but I do not consider the Talmud divine . We don't have 2 Torahs or we will not sing "V'zot HaTorah". If the 2 differ, the one that's true is always Moshe's Torah. The Bible says not to follow these laws because they have you trying to get to heaven by works only and not by faith. This leaves out the facts that God came to earth in the flesh as Jesus Christ and done away with the animal sacrifice when he died on the cross that produced a New Covenant. This gave us free will to accept Jesus Christ as our savior and be forgiven of our sins. By Faith we are accepted into the kingdom of God even at our death. We are not held to a human standard of works to get to heaven and punishment for not being able to hold to the Noahide Laws that could lead to death depending on the law that was broken and what the Sanhedrin Court decision is for you. Almost every community knows that murder is bad. The exception(s) would be those societies that sacrificed human beings to their idol(s). But we (the rest of us) understood when we discovered those societies that the practice of human sacrifices was evil. That even those societies believed in their gods shows that belief in a heavenly power is universal; it's just that those societies have forgotten who the real, unique deity is. We almost universally know that we have to establish a system of laws. Other than how oysters are eaten, it'd be hard to find any society that thinks it's perfectly fine to take a bite out of a living animal. Almost all understand the concept of ownership. Almost all understand that a man's wife should be kept safe from sexual advances of other men. While showing deference and respect for one's parents isn't technically part of the Seven Laws, the rabbis say that those societies that do honor their parents are meritorious, as is the case with those societies that believe that the poor should be given alms or a job so they can support themselves and their families. The Seven Laws is not some rabbinic conspiracy against the Gentiles; in fact, if it were not Biblical, it could actually be seen as the rabbis expressing the belief that there are good people all over the world.

I have a recurring dream, i was amazed when my son Josef shared the exact same experience with me. In the dream we emerge from a cave on the slopes of the Ararat mountains on a spring morning. As someone who was a born again, bible believing, evangelical & pentecostal christian, I turned my back on this about 15+ years ago and spent many years with a gaping void in my life where this belief, faith and way of life had once been. Then about 5 years ago I started attending Synagogue every Shabbat and mid week Shiur. What a revelation and an eye opening, mind expanding experience.
My Rabbi is a magnificent Torah Teacher. I have been accepted and made to feel so welcome by the Jewish Community I belong to and also by the Rabbi.
I would dearly love to convert but as my wife wouldn’t want to convert, it is not possible. As such I have been looking into Noahide and I definitely have found my place in Judaism, for this moment in time.
I must also state for the record, I haven’t found a people who are burdened by the “LAW” but what I have discovered is an an amazing source of grace and love and more than I ever found in church.
I want to follow a Noahide life but with more. I want to live as much as I can an Orthodox Noahide life. Why? I can’t explain it, it’s a feeling, a burning inside me to associate myself more closely with my local Orthodox Jewish Community and with Orthodox Jews around the world and to obey HaShem because that is what I have to do. But not just because I think it’s the right thing to but because HaShem commands that I do it and I want to obey HaShem.
I am on the first steps of my journey and I don’t know where it will lead me but I know it’s the right journey to be on and along the way learn more about Torah, Tanach and the Oral Teachings of the Sages and the Rabbis.
Is Noahide right, wrong or indifferent, who really knows. It it isn’t, if none of it is, what harm will I have done to myself? Nothing! But I will have had the pleasure and joy of living a life in the way that I believe my G-d is telling me to live and that makes me very, very happy.

I understand your feelings completely!!! Know that you aren't alone. I think there are a lot of us out there who are kind of "stuck". I love my husband more than anything, he is Noahide as well (we managed to escape xtianity after a very long journey of asking far too many questions than the church was comfortable with) but he's not at the place where he would wish to pursue conversion either. "sojourns among you" - lives in your lands. However, Noahides live all over the planet. Seems obvious that Jewish (Hebrew) observances are to be kept among Hebrew lands. Though, the Noahide laws still apply throughout the world as they were in existence long before the calling out of the Hebrew people at Sinai.

Rejection of the Oral Law From a Karaite Perspective
1) Throughout the Hebrew Bible, the word Torah (in the sense of the body/corpus of Divine Instruction) is always used in the singular. Were the Mishnah a genuine (oral) Torah, surely somewhere in the Scriptures the existence of two torot (Torahs) would have been mentioned at least once. On the other hand the Rabbanites specifically claim that there are two Torahs, the written Torah and the Oral Torah. Yet the term Torah, when meaning 'collection of divine instruction,' never appears in the plural in the entire Tenakh. All we read about in the Tenakh is a singular Torah of Moses, never the Torahs of Moses
2) Throughout the six divisions of the Mishnah there is a lack of the Biblical formula, "And YHWH spoke to Moses and Aaron." Instead in the Mishnah it is written "Rabbi so-and-so said to Rabbi so-and-so." The Mishnah is thus clearly the words of men.
3)The Tenakh reports that the written Torah was both lost and forgotten for over 50 years and only rediscovered by the Temple Priests (2Kings 22:8, 2 Chronicles 34:15). It is inconceivable that an oral law could have been remembered (it’s very large) when even the written Law was forgotten - especially since the "Oral Law" is dependent on the Written Law to derive its full meaning.
4) The Rabbis claim that the "Oral Law" was given on Mount Sinai as the official interpretation of the Torah. Yet if one actually looks at the Mishnah and Talmud they are full of the opinions of Rabbis who disagree with each other on almost every issue. The Rabbis explain that whenever there are such disagreements, "both opinions are the words of the living God." While it is possible for two learned individuals to reach differing binding conclusions, reason dictates that at least one of them is wrong. We maintain that it is unreasonable to believe that God would consistently contradict himself.
5) The Rabbis contend that the "Oral Law" was given to Moses at Mt Sinai. This is hard to believe since the Torah itself was not given in its entirety to Moses and the Israelites at Mt Sinai. Rather, it was given to the Israelites in a series of revelations over a period of 40 years in the desert. Each revelation took a form similar to that in the following verse: "And YHWH spoke unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai in the second year of their going out from the land of Egypt in the first month saying..." (Numbers 9:1) If the Rabbis are correct this means that Moses learned the "Oral Law" and its explanation of key verses before he learned these key verses!
Textual Reasons for the rejection of the "Oral Law"
The logical objections to the "Oral Law" would be meaningless if they were not supported by sound textual evidence. Below are a few of the many examples that demonstrate that the Written Law stands alone as God's instruction to the Israelites:
1) The YHWH, Your God, will make you most prosperous . . . for YHWH will again rejoice over you for good, as He rejoiced over your father; if you shall hearken to the voice of YHWH your God, to keep his commandments which are written in this book of the Torah. (Deuteronomy 30:9-10)
2) And Moses wrote this Law, and delivered it unto the priests, sons of Levi...(Deuteronomy 31:9)
3) When all Israel is come to appear before your God in the place which he shall choose you shall read this law before all Israel in their hearing. (Deuteronomy 31:11)
4) This book of the Law (Torah) shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein. (Joshua 1:8)
5) After that, he read all the words of the Law, the Blessing and the Curse, just as is written in the Book of the Law. There was not a word of all that Moses had commanded which Joshua failed to read in the presence of the entire assembly of Israel, including the women and children and the strangers who accompanied them (Joshua 8:34-35)
This last verse could stand alone in summing up the entire Karaite argument. It explicitly states that Joshua read every single word that Moses commanded. To "read" something implies it is written down. In this case, the verse indicates that he read the text "Just as is written." Had Moses given the Israelites a second "Oral" Torah, Joshua would not have been able to "read" all the words that Moses had commanded. Furthermore, Verse 1 states that the only thing we need to do for YHWH to rejoice over us is to follow the written commandments. This negates the importance of an alleged "Oral Law." For God would not give an "Oral Law," which as the Rabbis claim is religiously binding, and then negate its importance.
Collectively these verses show that the Israelites received one law from YHWH, all of the words of the law were written so that they may be read aloud and followed by the nation of Israel to gain favor with YHWH.

Specifically the "oral law" is the rulings of the men of the great assembly, later known as the Sanhedrin. The court is divinely authorized but the rulings are man made. Every studied Jew knows this. The oral law is fallible and less authoritative than the Written Torah.
It is by this dual set of instructions that Israel, the nation, governed itself for thousands of years.
Christianity seems to be naive to the fact that Israel had an actual government with an actual judicial system, consisting of 70+ men, that was centered on God and his commandments. Heck there is an entire book titled "judges" (of this historical court).

@@hummerwisdom Good points. I think James makes the point that faith and works go hand and hand. Faith without works is dead. But Paul made it clear that reliance on works of the law without the saving faith in Jesus is like being clothed in filthy rags. I think it is important that while we do those good works we always remind ourselves that it is by grace we are saved and not by those works.

I notice from the Bible that Jewish women had similar status to muslim women - ie. a woman's witness was disregarded in court, and, if a woman married a man and the man died and they did not have children, she had to marry his brother. The following are serious questions:
1) Re: the laws against idolatry and blasphemy, are non-Jews required even to worship G-d or need they merely (1) not worship any idols or other gods and (2) not blaspheme G-d? It seems only this is required, but is that correct?
2) Re: the law against sexual morality, how is this interpreted? Can one have sex before marriage? Can one masturbate? Or does this law mean you can only have sexual relations with one's spouse?
3) Re: the law against eating the limb of a living animal? Is this the most important law to include, given that the Noahide laws contain no prohibitions against bearing false witness or, say, owning slaves?
4) No murder nor theft seem pretty clear.
5) What does it mean for the individual to "establish courts of justice"?

The problem is the bible mentions no covenant with Noah other then the rainbow symbolizes that God would not create a great flood again. So the Rabbis (and this specific Rabbi) claiming that there is a Noahide covenant of 7 laws for those who are not of the 12 tribes of Israel is simply their own interpretation which why should anyone listen to their interpretation when clearly reading the bible no mention of this covenant is mentioned. It would be no different if a Christian Pastor interprets the bible to claim it says that I have to believe in Jesus but when I look at the bible clearly that is interpretation and certainly not there for me to see.

All Torah that is applicable applies to the Gentile as well as the Jew since Messiah has enabled the commonwealth of Israel through his death and resurrection. We have an everlasting covenant between Abraham and Yahuah. It is Messiah Yahushuah who has confirmed this covenant by his death and resurrection. Having to believe in Messiah as well as the Father Yahuah is _not_ interpretation it is a statement made by Messiah.

You can not find the listing of these 7 laws anywhere in the Old Testament. You can study and find these principles and more, but a 7 Law listing is no where to be found.
When I study Genesis I find more than 7 principles. For example, honoring your parents, abstaining from acohol intoxication, charity, and remembering the sign of the rainbow ... all of these things are mentioned by the Rabbi.
Yet Non-Jews who were righteous kept them.
I just think it is dangerous to place a number like 7 on what you must do to be righteous :/
There are 7 principles, laws... but they are categories. For example, there are 10 commandments and 613 Mizvahs (ways to fulfill the commandments) for Jewish people. In the Noahide laws there are 7, but they break down into 66 Noahide Mizvahs, if you will. Respect the family (Law) - fulfilled by honouring ones parents, not engaging in illicit sexual relationships, not committing adultery.... clearer?
God's covenant with Noah was to never flood the earth again to destroy it, and the rainbow was His signature. No where in Genesis is Noah given 7 laws by God, that is Talmudic oral tradition, NOT from the Bible. Go read the Bible, you will not find 7 laws to Noah in it!

I knew that Avram was the first Hebrew but I did not know he was the first Jew. I thought there were no Jews until Hashem gave Moishe the Torah on Har Sinai. I thought accepting Torah changed the Hebrews (who had been slaves in Egypt) into the Jewish people, rescued from pharoah and chosen by G-d as His people forever, Baruch Hashem. I don’t see anywhere in here that the non Jew is to keep separate. This Noahide teaching reminds me of Christian theology. Contrived from man’s thinking and not rooted in the Bible alone. Um. No... do you have a degree? Where did you get it (or if not, where does one go to get a degree)? A university (or college in the States), right? Where they are TAUGHT by professors who are EXPERTS in their field. Hmmm... does that mean those professors are declaring themselves supreme over the students? No, obviously... but they DO have teaching the students need in order to get their own degrees and have the careers they seek. Same thing. You learn from those who are experts in the thing you want to learn about. A xtian pastor learns the greek, the "new" testament - he is not deeply trained in the Hebrew or the Tanakh - just ask him - and he isn't because in his understanding, it is no longer relevant/significant. It's all "new" covenant that matters.
My understanding is that worshipping Jesus is/will be considered idolatry and will be punishable by death.
When the real Messiah comes, those who worship false gods will repent. They will admit that they inherited lies. See Jeremiah 16:19-21.

Talk about twisting his words. :( He said that ALL - including Jews) are descended from Noah... and the SPECIFIC line descended from Abraham were given ADDITIONAL rules to live by as God's chosen people. An example (don't worry, it's a simple one, you should understand it)... my husband's grandfather had three sons. One son had 1 daughter (who went on to have 2 children), one son had a son (another two children), and my father in law had both a daughter and a son (who combined have gone on to have nine children). My husband's grandfather "fathered" this group of great-grandchildren (total 13) - Now, our children are OURS, but they are ALSO their great-grandfather's as well... it is a different generation. My son can say I am my father's child, or my grandfather's grandson, or even my great-grandfather's great-grandson... all are correct. My husband moved to another country when he was a child. His children hold a birth nationality which is different from their father's... but they are still DESCENDANTS of their great-grandfather and his family name is also called their own.
Same applied so Noah and Abraham. Noah.... many generations Abraham.... get it? One of the MANY family lines that descended from Noah was CHOSEN by God to be a special priesthood among the nationS...

Read the Torah portions of the timeframes between the Flood and The Commandments at Mt Sinai. Should make sense upon initial reading. Of not, we study Torah in it's entirety each year. More will be revealed as you study, BzH.

"15 For this community there will be the same law for you as for the foreigner living with you; this is a permanent regulation through all your generations; the foreigner is to be treated the same way before Adonai as yourselves. 16 The same Torah and standard of judgment will apply to both you and the foreigner living with you.’ ... 29 no matter whether he is a citizen of Isra’el or a foreigner living with them. Also, Noahide doesn't include clean and unclean laws from the Torah, but Noah and his generation already knew and obeyed these laws. Gen. 7:1-2 says, "Adonai said to Noach, “Come into the ark, you and all your household; for I have seen that you alone in this generation are righteous before me. Of every clean animal you are to take seven couples, and of the animals that are not clean, one couple;"

Yet the Rabbis don't even consider this law to be fruitful and multiply a Noahide law even though God spoke this to Noah and it is there in the bible. Again, I see no reason for anyone to listen to ideas that don't have a biblical basis in the Jewish bible.

No, your right. But in the Bible Men treated women as less, even their on father's. Remember the girl that was raped when the father sons and the girl went to a party, and they were told afterward they'd have to be circumsized and follow their God. And after the soldiers were circumcised the the signs went back over to the camp or town and butchered the soldiers and I got up and ran the next morning. I can't remember if the girl had to stay will that man in the land or not. But it just goes to show the women didn't have much of a say so back in the days.

Noahides are Pro-Torah, Pro-Israel. Christianity falls under differing degrees of Idolatry, by exalting the status of a man to god.
According to the mishnah Torah and not agadah, the noahide laws only apply to non covenanted individuals who want to live in or travel through covenanted lands.
It was the method used to adjudicate those who were not part of Israel. It can only be enforced when there is a legitimate sanhedrin and a standing temple.

Is a Gentile righteous if he doesn't accept the 7 laws but keeps them anyway accidentally?
G-d judges intent as well as outcome so I suspect "accidental" obedience would hardly count as being righteous which implies a deliberate choice of good over wickedness. However, this is just my opinion, I am certainly not a Torah scholar or a Rabbi.
Ithila Thank you for your advice. Christians for example keep the 7 laws at least sometimes, though not consciously, and though they don't have the same concept of G-d as Jews. And they usually never heard of the 7 laws per se. How many actual Noachides are there in the world? As many as ten thousand? Are the billions of other Gentiles failing to obtain a share in the world to come? If so, it would seem that we Jews have completely failed them, because we knew about the 7 laws for thousands of years and didn't teach them..
I think not, as you couldn't possibly respect God accidentally, it's a purposeful action. But I commend that person for otherwise living an honourable life! :)

Our Ethical standards as Rabbi Jacob Emden has noted are higher than those of some Rabbis and that why we don't need all the extra laws and especially not all that stuff the different kinds of Rabbi add as obligations to their disciples. We Noahides have similar problems to the Rabbis. The Rabbi have decided there are 613 mitzvot in the Torah. It is a nice number but because there are a lot more than that each group of Rabbis need to decide which out of the thousands of the mitzvt in the Torah of Yahuah to include or to exclude, they do not agree with one another. In the same way the Rabbis do not agree with each other on which commandments make up the seven noachide laws. The disagreements go back to the Talmud and the Toseftah. What Rabbis tend to do today is to harmonize. When one Rabbi gives one set of seven and another Rabbi gives another set of seven, they starti adding them up so that the seven end up as seventy in some cases. Another problem is that some Rabbi think the number was 30. So what is a Noahide to do? Well if his narrative is that Cristianity must be rejected at all casts, I would say his best bet is to choose a Rabbi and try to listen to him and make sense of his narrative and close his ears to the other narratives. I think a better solution is to confess with your mouth the Lord Yehoshua (Like Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri) and believe in your heart G-d raised him from the dead, and you shall be saved. This salvation will mean the Rucahch ha Kodesh will begin to live in you and give you the circumcision of the heart which even the Rabbi today need to keep the 613. Although the Chabad's line is "Keep the Seven go to Heaven" but we saints in Messiah Yeshua keep way higher standards than the seven Noahide laws. Bear in mind each Rabbi will read the Noahide laws his own way and turn the 7 into 30 or 70 depending on his own narrative which controls his life. Every born again Spirit filled saint can help the Messiah less Noahides to come closer to the truth.! Welcome to the resurrected Messiah! I have great respect for Rabbi Chaim. I respect the idea of a previous covenant set up by G-d with mankind because it's a simple deduction from the Scripture of the Torah of Moshe. The Bible says not to follow these laws because they have you trying to get to heaven by works only and not by faith. This leaves out the facts that God came to earth in the flesh as Jesus Christ and done away with the animal sacrifice when he died on the cross that produced a New Covenant. This gave us free will to accept Jesus Christ as our savior and be forgiven of our sins. By Faith we are accepted into the kingdom of God even at our death. We are not held to a human standard of works to get to heaven and punishment for not being able to hold to the Noahide Laws that could lead to death depending on the law that was broken and what the Sanhedrin Court decision is for you. That's not correct. The rabbi called them "universal" because the entire world knows of one or more of them. Almost every community knows that murder is bad. The exception(s) would be those societies that sacrificed human beings to their idol(s). But we (the rest of us) understood when we discovered those societies that the practice of human sacrifices was evil.
That even those societies believed in their gods shows that belief in a heavenly power is universal; it's just that those societies have forgotten who the real, unique deity is.
We almost universally know that we have to establish a system of laws.
