I figured someone else might mention this but since no one has: "Endless Night" was inspired by the crushing disappointment of MINX flopping and the depression and uncertainty that the members faced between the end of MINX and the reboot as Dreamcatcher. Not wanting their training and time in MINX to be a "waste of time", "Sleepless nights", "Tears for frustrations and struggles", not wanting to stop, don't look back, "Just dream it, and do it", "Failure is success' base"... All of the MINX members suffered from the failure of that group, and the song reflects their desire to continue but uncertainty about whether they would. When "Endless Night" was recorded, "Scream" had not yet been released and Dreamcatcher had not yet blown up to the level of popularity that they enjoy now, so their future was still uncertain (also Handong was in China competing on Youth With You 2, and at this point no one knew if she would return). The end of MINX still weighed heavily on the members, and only this year, with their first wins, global recognition and the growth of their second world tour, have they been able to put that experience to rest and embrace MINX as part of their history.
Endless Night was produced by Japanese guitarist Kuboty (who also provided the guitar & bass parts), while the drum parts was provided by Katsuma of Japanese post-hardcore band Coldrain.
When it comes to Dreamcatcher's songs in jap releases I can only say one thing to you: GET READYYYY TOOO RUMBLEEEEE! their songs are haaaard and get help from recognised metal artists. So yeah they are aaall pure 🔥
The solo in No More (and many more guitar parts) was written and performed by Pontus Norgren from Hammerfall. It is unfortunate that there was no real MV for this due to the pandemic.

Interesting tidbit: according to Yoohyeon a while back, the "Endless Night" MV was filmed in one day while Dreamcatcher were in Texas, on a "day off" from their 2019 US tour. It's a shame that due to (I think?) copyright issues they (almost) never perform their Japanese songs during their concerts.
Probably due to contractual/legal reasons. I'm pretty sure their Japanese label that produced this restricts the songs to the Japanese domestic market. Many Korean artists that release music in Japan are restricted like this, so it's nothing surprising.
What I like from these two Japanese singles is that they attack you with heavy riffs right from the first note. It's like a statement of how bold they can be. Chase Me was as bold as a rookie girl group idol could be in SK, but these show what they can be in an unrestricted situation...at least that's my interpretation.

I kinda was hoping you could explain what the printer was doing in this mv, cause I always think it's so weird. - Why do the lyrics "Just dream it, and do it" always remind me of Shia LaBeouf? 😜 No More - yeah this song has a similar theme to Boca (or the entire Dystopia trilogy). It's about the fight against defamation on social networks. Red Sun Ah bummer that the file got corrupt. Yeah reacting to a different version would be cool.
It was so amusing to see how surprised you were with the heaviness especially in the beginning overall a very interesting reaction with some great insights! They do go harder with their Japanese songs like everyone already mentioned, they also have some Korean b-sides that lean more towards this style (not this heavy but still definitely full on rock and maybe it could even be called metal in some instances). So maybe those are some songs that will interest you after all the remaining "title tracks" (I'm talking about songs as Tension, New Days, Break the wall, Mayday, and many more). If you don't mind songs that are less rock oriented you can choose from all of their b-sides :D (I love all). Great reaction!

2:35 it's because of 2 things. The guitar tuning and the pitch harmonics. Slipknot uses pitch harmonics rather often and a dropped B tuning ( sometimes even the first string is another half-step or full step down )
