I have both the Petal Bouche and the Bor pencil, but would never have thought to use them like this, I'm definitely going to try to recreate this look. It is so kind and generous of you to share your process and skills with us week after week ❤
@@LorianePas I haven't tried it yet, but I can report back when I do. I can say that the Petal Bouche in Amor Fou is a unique product, it's very pigmented and buildable. You can keep applying more layers and the red keeps getting darker and richer, while still remaining a deep red, I've never seen anything like it. The Bor pencil is a deep burgundy plum colour, it's very soft and blendable so you can wear it as a lipstick or a blush, so it should mix really well with the liquid lipstick. To get the lip colour as dark as it is at the end of the video you would add lots of light layers and keep blending, I imagine that bit of the process was cut out in order to save time.
@@LorianePas I've tried this out a couple of times and managed to get a similar depth and colour to the end of the video by using a few layers of both products, the Bor pencil is a lot darker and more purple than the Amor Fou, so you do need to blend them together, but you can get an ombre look if you want to. I also did a softer, slightly lighter, blotted look by blending everything with a finger tip, which I loved. The colour of the Petal Bouche is beautiful, but it isn't my favourite formula, it's pretty drying and transfers like crazy on me. The Bor is new to me, so I haven't used it as much, I like it so far, but because it's so soft it isn't very long lasting, at least on the lips. I'm sure there are ways you can make the products stay put, I avoid using lip balm, but I haven't yet tried priming or setting the lip. It's the kind of look I would do if I know I'm not going to be eating and drinking a lot or if I don't mind more of a high maintenance look. I've heard some people really don't get on with the Petal Bouche, whereas for others it is their holy grail, for me it's somewhere in-between, it depends what your preference is ❤

What sells in the drugstore in US doesn’t mean they sell in India, Vietnam or France. Also, affordable means different to each person as well. To someone $5 is affordable but some others $50 is affordable. Clearly you just wrote you enjoy my videos is because the techniques, the instructions…. My videos are not about how cheap or how expensive the products I use. They are about ideas, inspirations, colors… You can use what you have to achieve the look by getting inspirations and knowledges from the videos. xx
