I'm not apart of the culture, but I can appreciate great craftsmanship. These costumes are ELABORATE and look as if they cost thousands with countless hours of work. Good for any community to come together what looks very peaceful. I don't know of these are 18+ but my kids would loose their minds with how cool the colors & costumes
