Deep wood floor cleaning for commercial client

Would you recommend using a brush attachment for highly soiled wood flooring, or a pad? A restaurant contacted my company needing a floor cleaning and it is very bad. I don’t want to damage the wood flooring.

What solution did you spray down? Have you tried cotton pads or is the rayon your go to pad.

I’ve tried cotton, but I prefer rayon. Cotton is good though.
