Really great job! The pacing, music and cinematography work so well together here. Plus this is one of those ideas I wish I had.
For those of you who didn't understand, I think there are multiple interpretations. Here is mine.
The new worker is having a harsh lesson about how people treat each other. They label one another and treat them accordingly. Abusing people (kick me), praising people (marry me), ignoring people, replacing people etc.
At the end it becomes apparent that the workers are treated as no different to a stack of papers with the post it note "shred me". The protagonist then thinks of someone he doesn't like and plans on putting the post it note on them. They have been around in this toxic work environment for so long that they are now contributing towards it.

I don't understand how people are reading the notes on his back from in front of him. Other than that, I can say this film is definitely short.
it's supposed to be symbolism. The "label" that the other person places on him. Then he realizes at the end what labels were on him behind his back the whole time cc:

Same here. I didn't understand one single bit of it. Plus... I do not see what is so incredible about that directing.
I think there are multiple interpretations. This is about the various ways people are treated in the workplace. From being the person that everyone abuses (Kick Me), to the person everyone is ignored (Ignore Me) to the person everyone notices.
The post it notes represent how we label each other and how said labels determine how we are treated. The work place becomes a cruel and unfriendly place where everyone is replaceable. A place where people engage in shallow fake friendships and are mean spirited to each other.
The new protagonist never sees the post it notes and doesn't understand what is going on. So his response to everything is confusion.
At the end he figures out that he is an object like the stack of papers to be shredded. He then pictures someone he dislikes and considers putting the "shred me" label on them, thus contributing towards the toxic work environment.
This is actually amazing, you guys have a some real talent. If you guys invested all your time into films you would have some amazing content. Cant wait to see more of your films!

I think it is about toxic work environments and how people label each other. Ultimately people are not treated as people but as objects.
The protagonist tries to navigate this confusing environment. Once he sees a stack of papers he finally gets it. He is an object. He then considers placing the "shred me" post it note on someone he doesn't like.
In the end he ends up contributing towards the toxic work environment.

This is very professional and I like it, but no question it is too ambitious for a one minute film. Perfect story for a 2-3 minute film though. That would alleviate the viewer having to rewind/replay repeatedly, in order to actually read the notes & follow the action. Also, it takes more than one minute to process this many situations & events.
