After some time, after not caring for myself, I go and buy some self-care products, and then spend some time at home pampering myself It’s a necessity!! Also, if you want to try it, Vaseline works wonders! Cover your feet and Vaseline before bed. Put on the softest socks you have. In the morning, you will notice a huge difference!!! The same for your hands as well, if you have dry hands. This by far is the best product I have used on my feet 😊

Hi Miranda, good to see your takaig care of yourself! If your feet are to the point of bleeding, you may need to go to a chiropodist and get that hard skin removed, it may take more than one appointment, you need to take care of your feet, especially if you're insulin resistant!

Hi Miranda, I believe this is my first time commenting because I’m pretty shy. I’m also insulin resistant, have PCOS and HAD the same issues with my feet. It got so bad that I finally went to my doctor. She said I needed to see a chiropodist. I had no idea what that was but I booked an appointment about a year and a half ago. I’ve been going every 7 weeks and my feet have never been better. I could not recommend this enough for you. My health benefits cover it but even if they didn’t I would pay to go. It would cost me about 50 bucks a visit. I’m telling you it was a miracle!!! Please , please go see one. I’ve tried everything that you have done and nothing worked.

Hey gurl hey.... although I haven't used The Ordinary 7% glycolic acid toner for dry heels....however I have heard it works very well for that. I've used it for an occasional face slough, a dry scalp treatment, and an armpit deodorizer. Lots of love to you and yours❤
Try a intensive moisturiser on your feet put a little extra and then wrap them in glad wrap and then put socks on do this every second night it really does make a huge difference.
Take care of your feet!! Trust me!! I have a dry foot…as I only have one left now! But I put aquaphor ointment on it first! It’s real thick! Then I put the eucerin lotion on it and a sock! Also A&D ointment and a sock overnight helps! I used to get a pedicure then keep them as soft as I could with the A&D at night!! Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reminder, I had been procrastinating booking an optometrist appointment because the doctor I loved moved practices and I hadn't been able to find her yet. I got my butt in gear though, and tracked her down and sent all my info over to get that appointment booked!!
Hi Miranda, I also have very hard heals I use Vicks Vapor rub on my feet with socks at night. It’s amazing how it works makes my feet soft and clears my sinuses at the same time😝but it works. I also found wearing mens sneakers are better for your feet they are wider around the toes which is great for your feet, I will never buy woman’s sneakers again
I had similar feet issues as well as neuropathy and was told by my podiatrist that sandles and flip flops are the cause of the dry cracked heels had to switch to sneakers and it has cleared up. I wear Hoka shoes pricy but has been worth the investment.
I'm a 60 year old from Kansas. You talked about soaps for moisturizing, I make goats milk soap I add vitamin e to it and I give it to my family, they love it, and I put a light fragrance in it, I even do tee tree in it, it's great for people and also for the pets, they love it.
Hopefully the Eucerin works for you. I have used Bag Balm for my feet, it is a COW product but works perfectly well for humans! It doesn't smell pretty but it works and it's rather inexpensive compared to other drug store type products. I get it at the feed store but Walmart might carry it and I have seen it at drug stores too. Shania Twain believes in it too!
I sympathize with your foot issues. I have the same issues and use coconut oil on my feet. I haven’t tried other products. I’ve been focused this year on doctors’ appointments to deal with nerve damage, swelling, numbness and balance issues that limit my mobility. Unfortunately, I’ve been told those issues can’t be fixed.
Poor Winnie, braces were not fun. I ate popcorn basically every single day when I had braces for almost 3 years and never broke a single bracket lol. Orthodontists recommend that you don’t eat popcorn but in reality I feel like so many other foods they don’t mention are much more risky
When I go to Walmart, I have to avoid the clothes area. I will buy clothes that I don't need just because they're pretty and they fit me. After so many years of not being about to buy clothes anywhere but Pennington's and AdditionElle, I LOVE being able to buy clothes at regular stores. Miranda, they say it’s bad to use super glue on your nail. Kiss as a good glue with a brush application, for about $5.00 at Walmart, it’s probably right next to the kiss removal glue you bought, just saying. Self care is so important. Ive used the exfoliating socks but a different brand. I find they work better after soaking them or after a shower. I also put a pair of bigger socks on top and wear for a few hours so it works better. Daily soaking will make your feet peel better but it usually takes up to a week to see peeling.

From then on, I’ll take care of my feet & hands myself as I have lots of expensive skincare products (Beauty Counter), & a complete gel nail system (Gel Moments), that I need to start using more. I really get what you mean about the feet. I have PCOS too and I too have what my hubby likes to call crusty feet 😂😂😂 the booties are amazing! I love how they make my feet feel afterwards and I have one of those electric rollers to get the dead skin off.
Your not supposed use them rolls things on your feet if you have insulin resistant or any other electrical equipment like that does more harm then good please go make appointment with podiatrist for your feet

Loved the haul - I do "try" to stick to a pretty strict budget buuutttt ..... sometimes, ya' just gotta splurge on you - especially on self-care items! I have the same problem with my feet & heels. I'm a barefoot girlie!!! I wear shoes ONLY when necessary! Lol! I use a pumice (btw, it's pronounced "pu - muss") stone on my heels a few times a week - I keep it in the shower as I find it works best for me with running water. I'm going to go back and rewatch the video to get the names of the products you bought for your feet - especially the disposable booties - as I need to do better about taking care of them! Can't wait to see prom pictures!!! They are going to make such an absolutely stunning couple! They're both sooooo good looking to begin with & then you add a tux, a fancy dress & beautiful makeup/nails ... WHEW! King & Queen awards please!!! Have you on my prayer list concerning your brain/eye issue. Mom or not .. of course I'm not a mom BUT all women need to do self care and it's not what just everyone thinks it is ... self care is mindfulness, spiritual connection with your higher self, your emotions and emotional intelligence, yes doing healthy things too exercise, and all that.. even doing your nails but self care is more about internal than external. Plus getting proper sleep, getting enough water, taking vitamins etc.. I could go on and on .. and once I finish my life coaching studies this will be stuff I teach.. Self care and self love are two different things but they work together... I have been sick for the past week and need to go shopping tomorrow for a few things but trust me I may splurge a bit lol (but still be in budget just because I don't need much in the way of actual groceries or household stuff)
I love the BareFoot brand overnight cream... also get one of those amope pedi perfect.. but soak your feet first... If you can find Johnson's Foot soack or something like it you're good.. that will soften things up ... or you can soak your feet in warm water with some epsom salts and a bit of body wash... also those diabetic foot creams work on any kind of dry skin ... so don't think you only have to be diabetic to use them... what you need is a cream that will penetrate the area when the skin is soft like right after a shower or soaking your feet... .. and you need those spa socks that aren't fuzzy .. those never help me .. I get the sport ankle socks and put on a pair of regular cotton socks with those on top of it and my feet are wonderful in the morning
I love the rainbow mix and the white freeze of Biosteel... if you can find the peach one it's good too and the black cherry is so good.... I find them at Circle K in a small carton... the Biosteel is awesome!

My heels were the same and the only cream that helped is Eucerin Eczema Relief Cream. You need to try it! ❤
Hey Miranda, don't know if you know but a common problem with hypothyroidism is cracked heels. I found out 2 years ago when I was diagnosed with it.

Get some heel tastic and use it. It is well worth the money I to also had that problem and heel tastic was the only thing that helped it is amazing.

I really get what you mean about the feet. I have PCOS too and I too have what my hubby likes to call crusty feet 😂😂😂 the booties are amazing! I love how they make my feet feel afterwards and I have one of those electric rollers to get the dead skin off.
Your not supposed use them rolls things on your feet if you have insulin resistant or any other electrical equipment like that does more harm then good please go make appointment with podiatrist for your feet
For the booties put a pair of socks cause they fall off and it feels weird to walk with. Kerp up the great job momma

Loved the haul - I do "try" to stick to a pretty strict budget buuutttt ..... sometimes, ya' just gotta splurge on you - especially on self-care items! I have the same problem with my feet & heels. I'm a barefoot girlie!!! I wear shoes ONLY when necessary! Lol! I use a pumice (btw, it's pronounced "pu - muss") stone on my heels a few times a week - I keep it in the shower as I find it works best for me with running water.
I'm going to go back and rewatch the video to get the names of the products you bought for your feet - especially the disposable booties - as I need to do better about taking care of them!

Mom or not .. of course I'm not a mom BUT all women need to do self care and it's not what just everyone thinks it is ... self care is mindfulness, spiritual connection with your higher self, your emotions and emotional intelligence, yes doing healthy things too exercise, and all that.. even doing your nails but self care is more about internal than external. Plus getting proper sleep, getting enough water, taking vitamins etc.. I could go on and on .. and once I finish my life coaching studies this will be stuff I teach..
Self care and self love are two different things but they work together...
I have been sick for the past week and need to go shopping tomorrow for a few things but trust me I may splurge a bit lol (but still be in budget just because I don't need much in the way of actual groceries or household stuff)
I love the BareFoot brand overnight cream... also get one of those amope pedi perfect.. but soak your feet first...
If you can find Johnson's Foot soack or something like it you're good.. that will soften things up ... or you can soak your feet in warm water with some epsom salts and a bit of body wash... also those diabetic foot creams work on any kind of dry skin ... so don't think you only have to be diabetic to use them... what you need is a cream that will penetrate the area when the skin is soft like right after a shower or soaking your feet... .. and you need those spa socks that aren't fuzzy .. those never help me .. I get the sport ankle socks and put on a pair of regular cotton socks with those on top of it and my feet are wonderful in the morning
I love the rainbow mix and the white freeze of Biosteel... if you can find the peach one it's good too and the black cherry is so good.... I find them at Circle K in a small carton... the Biosteel is awesome!
